- 一、行政长官由一个具有广泛代表性的选举委员会根据本法选出，由中央人民政府任命。 1. The Chief Executive shall be elected by a broadly representative Election Committee in accordance with this Law and appointed by the Central People's Government.

- 2、高级人民法院、中级人民法院以及经授权管辖第一审涉外、涉港澳台民商事案件的基层人民法院（名单附后）依法不准上诉或者已经超过法定期限没有上诉的第一审判决，第二审判决和依照审判监督程序由上一级人民法院提审后作出的生效判决。 2. The second instance judgment and judgment made by the upper level people’s court according to judgment supervision procedure is effective, when judgment of first instance is not allowed to appeal by people’s high court, intermediate people’s court and basic people’s court (as appendix) that’s authorized to be in charge of foreign related, HK, Macao and Taiwan related civil and commercial matters of the first instance, or when the appeal is out of prescribed time limit.

- 对赔偿请求人取得的赔偿金不予征税。 Taxes shall not be levied upon the compensation money obtained by claimant for compensation.
- 法庭笔录中的证人证言部分，应当当庭宣读或者交给证人阅读。 That portion of the courtroom record comprising the testimony of witnesses shall be read out in court or given to the witnesses to read.
- 本法所说的兄弟姐妹，包括同父母的兄弟姐妹、同父异母或者同母异父的兄弟姐妹、养兄弟姐妹、有扶养关系的继兄弟姐妹。 The ""brothers and sisters"" referred to in this Law include blood brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters of half blood, adopted brothers and sisters, as well as step-brothers and step-sisters who supported or were supported by the decedent.
- 本法所说的子女，包括婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女和有扶养关系的继子女。 The ""children"" referred to in this Law include legitimate children, illegitimate children and adopted children, as well as step-children who supported or were supported by the decedent.
- 本法所说的父母，包括生父母、养父母和有扶养关系的继父母。 The ""parents"" referred to in this Law include natural parents and adoptive parents, as well as step-parents who supported or were supported by the decedent.
- 以上承担民事责任的方式，可以单独适用，也可以合并适用。 The above methods of bearing civil liability may be applied exclusively or concurrently.
- 法人的名称权、名誉权、荣誉权受到侵害的，适用前款规定。 The above paragraph shall also apply to infringements upon a legal person's right of name, reputation or honour.
- 各地区有效，并载明持有人有返回香港特别行政区的权利。 The above passports and documents shall be valid for all states and regions and shall record the holder's right to return to the Region.
- 上述护照和旅行证件，前往各国和各地区有效，并载明持有人有返回澳门特别行政区的权利。 The above passports and travel documents shall be valid for all states and regions and shall record the holder's right to return to the Region.
- 以上证据必须查证属实，才能作为认定事实的根据。 The above-mentioned evidence must be verified before it can be taken as a basis for ascertaining a fact.
- 以上居民在香港特别行政区享有居留权和有资格依照香港特别行政区法律取得载明其居留权的永久性居民身份证。 The above-mentioned residents shall have the right of abode in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be qualified to obtain, in accordance with the laws of the Region, permanent identity cards which state their right of abode.
- 前款规定的期限，从法律文书规定履行期间的最后一日起计算； The above-mentioned time limit shall be calculated from the last day of the period of performance specified by the legal document.
