- （一）参加间谍组织或者接受间谍组织及其代理人的任务的； (1) joining an espionage organization or accepting a mission assigned by the organization or its agent; or

- 法官的选用以其专业资格为标准，符合标准的外籍法官也可聘用。 Judges shall be chosen on the basis of their professional qualifications. Qualified judges of foreign nationality may also be employed.
- 法官履行审判职责的行为不受法律追究。 Judges shall be immune from legal action for discharging his or her judicial functions.

- （五）判决是以欺诈方法取得的； （5）Judgment is acquired by cheating;
- （六）执行地法院就相同诉讼请求作出判决，或者外国、境外地区法院就相同诉讼请求作出判决，或者有关仲裁机构作出仲裁裁决，已经为执行地法院所认可或者执行的。 （6）Judgment of the same lawsuit by court at enforcement place, or judgment of the same lawsuit request by courts abroad, or arbitration made by related arbitration institute have been recognized or executed by court at the enforcement place.
