- 第三十三条 违反本规定第二十八条相关规定，外航向民航局迟报、瞒报有关情况，提供虚假材料或者拒绝提供反映其经营活动的情况或者资料的，民航局依法给予警告，并处以三万元以下罚款；情节严重的，暂停或者吊销其经营许可；构成犯罪的，依法追究其刑事责任。 Article 33 If a foreign airline violates prescription of article 28 in the Regulations because of delayed or hiding report of related issue to Civil Aviation Administration and providing false material or refusing to provide status or material that reflect its business activities, it will be warned by Civil Aviation Administration and fined below RMB30,000. In serious circumstances, the business license will be suspended or revoked. If it is regarded as crime, the foreign airline will bear criminal obligation.
- 第三十四条设计民用航空器及其发动机、螺旋桨和民用航空器上设备，应当向国务院民用航空主管部门申请领取型号合格证书。经审查合格的，发给型号合格证书。 Article 34 Application shall be filed with the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council for type certificate for the designing of civil aircraft and its engines, propellers and on-board equipment. A type certificate shall be issued accordingly if found qualified through examination.
- 第三十四条拍卖船舶由拍卖船舶委员会实施。 Article 34 Auction of a ship shall be executed by a ship auction committee.
- 第三十四条对违反本条例规定的单位和个人，公路主管部门可以分别情况，责令其返还原物、恢复原状、赔偿损失、没收非法所得并处以罚款。 Article 34 In dealing with units or individuals who contravene the rules contained herein, departments in charge of highways may order the unit or individual to return what he or it has taken, restore the highway to its original condition, compensate for the losses he or it has caused, confiscate his or its illegal income or impose a fine, depending on the circumstances.

When vessels, installations or aircraft are in distress, they shall, in addition to issuing distress signals calling for help, use the quickest method possible to report to the competent authority the time and place of the accident, the extent of damage, the assistance required and the cause of the accident.
- 第三十四条 对违反海上交通安全管理法规进行违章操作，虽未造成直接的交通事故，但构成重大潜在事故隐患的，港务监督可以依据本条例进行调查和处罚。 Article 34. With respect to those operations which have violated the regulations concerning maritime traffic safety and have constituted latent threats of potential major accidents although direct traffic accidents have not been caused, the harbour superintendency administration may carry out investigation and mete out penalties according to the provisions of these Regulations.
- 第三十四条 外航违反法律、法规、规章规定的其他行为的，按照有关规定予以处理。 Article 34 If a foreign airline violates other prescriptions of law, regulation and rule, it will be subject to penalty according to related regulations.
- 第三十五条生产、维修民用航空器及其发动机、螺旋桨和民用航空器上设备，应当向国务院民用航空主管部门申请领取生产许可证书、维修许可证书。经审查合格的，发给相应的证书。 Article 35 Application shall be filed with the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council for production certificate and maintenance certificate for the production and maintenance of civil aircraft and its engines, propellers and on-board equipment. A corresponding certificate or certificates shall be issued accordingly if found qualified through examination.
- 第三十五条 根据案件需要，仲裁庭可以向当事人发出举证通知书，告知当事人举证责任的分配原则与要求，举证期限，逾期提交证据、不提交证据以及举证不能的法律后果。举证期限可以由当事人协商一致，并经仲裁庭认可。 Article 35 As the case may require, the arbitration tribunal may send Notice of Proof to the parties, informing the proof allocation principle, the requirement of proof, the time limits, the legal consequence of delayed submission of evidence, the non-submission of evidence and non-persuasion. Subject to the confirmation of the arbitration tribunal, the time limits may be scheduled by the agreement of the parties.
- 第三十五条竞买人应当在规定的期限内向拍卖船舶委员会登记。 Article 35 Bidders shall register with the ship auction committee within a prescribed time limit.
- 第三十五条不按照国家规定缴纳养路费、通行费或者违反本条例养路费使用规定的，公路主管部门可以分别情况，责令其补交或者返还费款并处以罚款。 Article 35 In dealing with those who fail to pay the state-set maintenance fee or toll charge and those who Violate regulation on usage of maintenance fee contained hereof, the highway departments may order them to pay up in addition to a fine, depending on the circumstances.
- 第三十五条公路管理机构应当按照国务院交通主管部门规定的技术规范和操作规程对公路进行养护，保证公路经常处于良好的技术状态。 Article 35 Related administrative departments of highways should undertake to maintain highway roads according to the technical standards and operational procedures as prescribed by the transportation department under the State Council to ensure the roads are in good state technically.
- 第三十五条船长负责船舶的管理和驾驶。 Article 35 The Master shall be responsible for the management and navigation of the ship.
- 第三十五条在城市规划区范围内，铁路的线路、车站、枢纽以及其他有关设施的规划，应当纳入所在城市的总体规划。 Article 35 The planning of any railway track, station, junction area and other related facilities within a planned urban area of a city shall be brought in line with the overall plan of this city.
- 第三十五条 用户因损失赔偿同邮政企业发生争议的，可以要求邮政企业的上级主管部门处理，对处理不服的可以向人民法院起诉；也可以直接向人民法院起诉。 Article 35. If disputes over compensation for losses occur between users and postal enterprises, users may request the competent department of postal services of higher levels to settle; users who refuse to accept the settlement thereof may file lawsuits with the people's court; users may also file lawsuits with the people's court directly.
- 第三十五条 因海上交通事故产生的海洋环境污染，按照我国海洋环境保护的有关法律、法规处理。 Article 35. The maritime traffic accidents which have caused marine environmental pollution shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China concerning marine environmental protection.
- 第三十五条 遇难船舶、设施或飞机及其所有人、经营人应当采取一切有效措施组织自救。 Article 35. Vessels, installations or aircraft in distress and their owners or managers shall take all effective measures to organize their own rescue efforts.
- 第三十五条 中华人民共和国香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的航空运输企业申请经营许可，参照本规定执行。 Article 35 Air transport enterprises in HK and Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan shall refer to the Regulations for application business license.
- 第三十六条拍卖船舶委员会应当在拍卖船舶前，展示被拍卖船舶，并提供察看被拍卖船舶的条件和有关资料。 Article 36 A ship auction committee shall display the ship to be auctioned before the auction of the ship, and shall provide facilities for inspecting the ship to be auctioned and relevant data.
