- “沿海水域”是指中华人民共和国沿海的港口、内水和领海以及国家管辖的一切其他海域。 "" Coastal waters "" means the harbours, inland waters, territorial waters and all other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the state, along the sea coast of the People's Republic of China.
- （一）“承运人”，是指本人或者委托他人以本人名义与托运人订立海上货物运输合同的人。 (1) ""Carrier"" means the person by whom or in whose name a contract of carriage of goods by sea has been concluded with a shipper;
- （一）“承运人”，是指本人或者委托他人以本人名义与旅客订立海上旅客运输合同的人。 (1) ""Carrier"" means the person by whom or in whose name a contract of carriage of passengers by sea has been entered into with the passengers;
- （一）以应有的谨慎进行救助； (1) Carry out the salvage operation with due care;
- (一)违反本条例第十五条的规定，造成航空器失控的； (1) Cause an aircraft to be out of control in violation of the provisions of Article 15;
- （一）民用航空器国籍登记证书； (1) Civil aircraft certificate of nationality registration;
- （一）有关旅客人身伤害的请求权，自旅客离船或者应当离船之日起计算； (1) Claims for personal injury: Counting from the day on which the passenger disembarked or should have disembarked;
- （一）对救助款项或者共同海损分摊的请求； (1) Claims for salvage payment or contribution in general average;
- （一）在船上发生的或者与船舶营运、救助作业直接相关的人身伤亡或者财产的灭失、损坏，包括对港口工程、港池、航道和助航设施造成的损坏，以及由此引起的相应损失的赔偿请求； (1) Claims in respect of loss of life or personal injury or loss of or damage to property including damage to harbour works, basins and waterways and aids to navigation occurring on board or in direct connection with the operation of the ship or with salvage operations, as well as consequential damages resulting therefrom;
- (一)攀(钻)越、损毁机场防护围栏及其他安全防护设施； (1) Climbing up and over (penetrate) or damage airport protective fence and other security protection facilities;
- (一)碰撞、触碰或浪损； (1) Collision, strike or damage by waves;
- （一）与救助方通力合作； (1) Cooperate fully with the salvor;
- （一）外国政府指定该外航经营外国地点和中华人民共和国地点间规定航线的文件复印件； (1) Copy of route between []s in China and foreign countries appointed by foreign government;
- （二）货物； (2) Cargo;
- （二）拍卖船舶的理由和依据； (2) causes and basis for auction of the ship;
- （二）民用航空器适航证书； (2) Civil aircraft certificate of airworthiness;
- （二）有关旅客死亡的请求权，发生在运送期间的，自旅客应当离船之日起计算； (2) Claims for death of passengers that occurred during the period of carriage: Counting from the day on which the passenger should have disembarked;
- （二）中华人民共和国参加的国际油污损害民事责任公约规定的油污损害的赔偿请求； (2) Claims for oil pollution damage under the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage to which the People's Republic of China is a party;
- （二）在船舶营运中发生的人身伤亡的赔偿请求； (2) Claims in respect of loss of life or personal injury occurred in the operation of the ship;
- （二）海上货物运输因迟延交付或者旅客及其行李运输因迟延到达造成损失的赔偿请求； (2) Claims in respect of loss resulting from delay in delivery in the carriage of goods by sea or from delay in the arrival of passengers or their luggage;
- (二)沿海水域，是指中华人民共和国内海、领海和属于中华人民共和国管辖的其他海域。 (2) Coastal waters refer to inland sea and territorial sea of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and sea areas under the jurisdiction of PRC.
- (二)管制刀具； (2) Controlled knives;
- （二）外国政府航空主管部门为该外航颁发的从事公共航空运输的航空经营人许可证（AOC）复印件； (2) Copy of AOC for public air transportation issued by aviation administration of foreign government to the foreign airline;
- (三)定期进行民用航空安全保卫训练，及时消除危及民用航空安全的隐患。 (3) Carry out periodically civil aviation security training, and remove in time hidden dangers to the safety of civil aviation.
- （三）有关行李灭失或者损坏的请求权，自旅客离船或者应当离船之日起计算。 (3) Claims for loss of or damage to the luggage: Counting from the day of disembarkation or the day on which the passenger should have disembarked.
