- （一）援救该民用航空器的报酬； (1) Remuneration for rescuing the civil aircraft; and

- 铁路专用线是指由企业或者其他单位管理的与国家铁路或者其他铁路线路接轨的岔线。 Railway private sidings refer to the branch railway lines which are administered by enterprises or other units and are connected to a State railway line or any other railway line.
- 向企业和个人集资建设公路，必须根据需要与可能，坚持自愿原则，不得强行摊派，并符合国务院的有关规定。 Raising funds for highway roads construction from enterprises or individuals should be undertaken under the principle of voluntariness and in accordance with true needs and possibilities and relevant regulations of the State Council. - 自退汇通知投交汇款人之日起满十个月未被领回的汇款，上缴国库。 Remittances which are unclaimed when a period of ten months expires, counting from the date of delivering the return-remittance notice to the remitters, shall be turned over to the state treasury.
- 禁止倒卖旅客车票和其他铁路运输票证。 Reselling of passenger tickets or other railway transport certificates for profit shall be prohibited.
- 城市居民楼应当设置住户接收邮件的信报箱。 Residents' mailboxes for receiving letters and newspapers shall be installed in residential buildings in cities.
- 第一款规定的公路的路政管理，适用本法第五章的规定。该公路路政管理的职责由县级以上地方人民政府交通主管部门或者公路管理机构的派出机构、人员行使。 Road administration prescribed in the first paragraph is applicable to the provisions of Chapter Five of this law. The functions of road administration should be exercised by organizations and personnel commissioned by the transportation departments of local people's governments above the county level or road management organizations.
- 上海海关可根据本办法制定实施细则， Rules for the implementation of these Measures may be formulated by the Shanghai Customs in accordance with these Measures
- 通行费和征收办法由交通部会同财政部门和国家物价局制定。 Rules imposing tolls shall be worked out by the Ministry of Communications with the agreement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Commodity Prices.
