- 第一百四十六条出租人应当在合同约定的港口或者地点，按照合同约定的时间，向承租人交付船舶以及船舶证书。 Article 146 The shipowner shall deliver the ship and its certificates to the charterer at the port or place and time as stipulated in the charter party.
- 第一百四十七条在光船租赁期间，承租人负责船舶的保养、维修。 Article 147 The charterer shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the ship during the bareboat charter period.
- 第一百四十七条从事非经营性通用航空的，应当向国务院民用航空主管部门办理登记。 Article 147 Those engaged in general aviation operations not for commercial purposes shall register with the competent civil aviation authority under the State Council.
- 第一百四十八条通用航空企业从事经营性通用航空活动，应当与用户订立书面合同，但是紧急情况下的救护或者救灾飞行除外。 Article 148 A general aviation enterprise engaged in general aviation operations for commercial purposes shall enter into agreement in writing with users with the exception of rescue or disaster relief operations under emergent circumstances.

- 第一百四十九条在光船租赁期间，因承租人对船舶占有、使用和营运的原因使出租人的利益受到影响或者遭受损失的，承租人应当负责消除影响或者赔损失。 Article 149 During the bareboat charter period, if the charterer's possession, employment or operation of the ship has affected the interests of the shipowner or caused any losses thereto, the charterer shall be liable for eliminating the harmful effect or compensating for the losses.
- 第一百四十九条组织实施作业飞行时，应当采取有效措施，保证飞行安全，保护环境和生态平衡，防止对环境、居民、作物或者牲畜等造成损害。 Article 149 In organizing and carrying out aerial work, effective measures shall be taken to ensure flight safety, protect environment and ecological balance and prevent damage to be caused to environment, residents, crops or livestock.
- 第十四条 外航应当在经营许可规定的有效期满前三十日向民航局提出延长经营许可的申请。逾期提出且没有正当理由的，民航局做出不予受理的书面决定。外航在经营许可有效期满后未提出延续申请的，民航局注销其经营许可。 Article 14 A foreign airline shall submit an application for business license to Civil Aviation Administration 30 days ahead of maturity of business license. For any overdue submission without reasonable cause, Civil Aviation Administration shall make written decision for not handling it.? If a foreign airline fails to submit application for extension after business license gets matured, Civil Aviation Administration shall revoke its business license.
- 第十五条专用公路规划由专用公路的主管单位编制，经其上级主管部门审定后，报县级以上人民政府交通主管部门审核。 Article 15 Plans of special roads shall be fomulated by units in charge of special roads and, after being examined by departments in charge at the next higher level, be submitted to the transportation departments of the people's governments at and above the county level for approval.

- 第十五条除合同另有约定外，抵押人应当对被抵押船舶进行保险；未保险的，抵押权人有权对该船舶进行保险，保险费由抵押人负担。 Article 15 The mortgaged ship shall be insured by the mortgagor unless the contract provides otherwise. In case the ship is not insured, the mortgagee has the right to place the ship under insurance coverage and the mortgagor shall pay for the premium thereof.

- 第十五条国家所有的民用航空器，由国家授予法人经营管理或者使用的，本法有关民用航空器所有人的规定适用于该法人。 Article 15 Where a State-owned civil aircraft is authorized by the State to be operated, administered or utilized by a legal person, the provisions of this Law concerning the owner of civil aircraft shall be applicable to such legal person.
- 第十五条 秘书处收到申请人的仲裁申请书及其附件后,经过审查,认为申请仲裁的手续不完备的,可以要求申请人予以完备;认为申请仲裁的手续已完备的, 应立即向被申请人发出仲裁通知,并将申请人的仲裁申请书及其附件,连同仲裁委员会的仲裁规则、仲裁员名册和仲裁费用表各一份,一并发送给被申请人,同时也将仲裁通知、仲裁规则、仲裁员名册和仲裁费用表发送给申请人。 Article 15 Where after receipt of the Application for Arbitration and its attachments, the Secretariat finds upon examination that the Claimant has not completed the formalities required for arbitration, the Secretariat shall require the Claimant to complete them, and when the Secretariat finds that the Claimant has completed the formalities, the Secretariat shall immediately send to the Respondent a Notice of Arbitration together with one copy each of the Claimant's Application for Arbitration and its attachments as well as the Arbitration Rules, the Panel of Arbitrators and the Arbitration Fee Schedule of the Arbitration Commission, and shall simultaneously send to the Claimant one copy each of the Notice of Arbitration, the Arbitration Rules, the Panel of Arbitrators and Arbitration Fee Schedule.
- 第十五条海事请求人申请海事请求保全，应当向海事法院提交书面申请。 Article 15 Where maritime claimants apply for maritime claims, written applications shall be filed with maritime courts.

The basic postal rates of postal services shall be set by the competent department in charge of pricing under the State Council and shall be reported to the State Council for approval. Non-basic postal rates shall be formulated by the competent department of postal services under the State Council.
- 第十五条 港务监督应当根据对海上交通事故的调查，作出《海上交通事故调查报告书》，查明事故发生的原因，判明当事人的责任；构成重大事故的，通报当地检察机关。 Article 15. The harbour superintendency administrations shall, according to the investigations of maritime traffic accidents, work out the Report on Findings Concerning Maritime Traffic Accidents, in which causes of the accident shall be ascertained and the responsibility of the persons concerned be determined. A serious accident shall be reported to the local procuratorial organ.
- 第十五条外商参与打捞中国沿海水域沉船沉物的捞获物(以下简称捞获物)应当按照下列方式处理： Article 15. The objects retrieved through salvage operations with the participation of the foreign businesses on sunken ships and sunken articles in China's coastal waters (hereinafter referred to as retrieved objects) should be disposed of in the following manners:
- 第十五条 本办法由中华人民共和国交通部负责解释。 Article 15. The right to interpret the rules hereof rests with MCT.
- 第十五条 除经主管机关特别许可外，禁止船舶进入或穿越禁航区。 Article 15. Vessels shall be prohibited from entering or passing through restricted navigation zones unless specially permitted by the competent authority.
- 第一百五十条在光船租赁期间，未经出租人书面同意，承租人不得转让合同的权利和义务或者以光船租赁的方式将船舶进行转租。 Article 150 During the bareboat charter period, the charterer shall not assign the rights and obligations stipulated in the charter or sublet the ship under bareboat charter without the shipowner's consent in writing.
- 第一百五十条从事通用航空活动的，应当投保地面第三人责任险。 Article 150 Those engaged in general aviation operations shall be covered by insurance against liability for third parties on the surface.
