- 第一百九十五条故意在使用中的民用航空器上放置危险品或者唆使他人放置危险品，足以毁坏该民用航空器，危及飞行安全，尚未造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百零七条的规定追究刑事责任；造成严重后果的，依照刑法第一百一十条的规定追究刑事责任。 Article 195 A person who deliberately places or instigates another person to place dangerous articles on board a civil aircraft in use, sufficient to destroy the civil aircraft and endanger flight safety but without resulting in serious consequences, shall be investigated for his criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of Article 107 of the Criminal Law; if grave consequences result from such crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of Article 110 of the Criminal Law.
- 第一百九十五条为代替可以列为共同海损的特殊费用而支付的额外费用，可以作为代替费用列入共同海损；但是，列入共同海损的代替费用的金额，不超过被代替的共同海损的特殊费用。 Article 195 Any extra expense incurred in place of another expense which would have been allowed as general average shall be deemed to be general average and so allowed, but the amount of such expense incurred shall not be in excess of the general average expense avoided.
