- 第十四条集会、游行、示威的负责人在提出申请后接到主管机关通知前，可以撤回申请；接到主管机关许可的通知后，决定不举行集会、游行、示威的，应当及时告知主管机关，参加人已经集合的，应当负责解散。 Article 14The person(s) responsible for an assembly, a procession or a demonstration may withdraw his application after submitting it and before receiving a notice of the competent authorities; if a decision is made to call off the assembly, procession or demonstration after receipt of the competent authorities' notice on the granting of permission, the responsible person(s) concerned shall inform the competent authorities of the decision in good time and dismiss the participants if they have assembled.

- 第十五条本法第十二条所列事项，尚未制定法律、行政法规的，地方性法规可以设定行政许可；尚未制定法律、行政法规和地方性法规的，因行政管理的需要，确需立即实施行政许可的，省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规章可以设定临时性的行政许可。临时性的行政许可实施满一年需要继续实施的，应当提请本级人民代表大会及其常务委员会制定地方性法规。 Article 15 If there is no governing law or administrative regulation yet, an administrative license may be established by means of local regulations for any of the matters listed in Article 12 of the Law; if there is no governing law, administrative regulation and local regulation yet, but it is really necessary to establish an administrative license to conduct administrative management immediately, an temporary administrative license may be established by means of a regulation of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government. If it is necessary to keep on implementing the administrative license after a year, the people's congress and its standing committee of the same level shall be proposed to formulate a local regulation
- 第十五条 属于国家秘密的统计资料，必须保密。属于私人、家庭的单项调查资料，非经本人同意，不得泄露。 Article 15 Statistical data pertaining to State secrets must be kept confidential. Single item investigation data concerning any individual or his/her family shall not be divulged without the consent of the said person.

- 第十五条经营印章刻制业的，承接印章刻制时，应当查验有效证件并予以登记，不得超出许可范围承接印章刻制业务； Article 15 Those who run a seal engraving business shall examine the valid certificates and have them registered when they undertake a seal engraving task. It is prohibited to carry on seal engraving business outside the ratified scope.
