（一）董事人数不足本法规定的人数或者公司章程所定人数的三分之二时； (i) The number of directors falls below the number prescribed herein or below two-thirds of the number prescribed in the articles of association;

（一）股东符合法定人数； (i) The number of shareholders meets legal requirement;

（一）发起人认购的股份数； (i) the number of shares subscribed for by the sponsors;

（一）发起人符合法定人数； (i) The number of sponsors meets legal requirement;

（一）债务已经按照约定履行； (i) The obligations were performed in accordance with the contract;

（一）债权人无正当理由拒绝受领； (i) The obligee refuses to take delivery of the subject matter without cause;

（一）未履行出资义务； (i) The partner fails to fulfill his obligations in respect of making capital contribution;
