- （一）工商登记证明、税务登记证明； (1) certificates on industrial and commercial registration and taxation registration;

The distribution of chemical fertilizers, processed oil and crude oil are permitted no later than Dec. 11,2006.

- （二）全体股东指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明； (2) certificate of appointed representative or jointly entrusted agent by all the shareholders;
