- 烟草公司及其委托单位对烟叶种植者按照烟叶收购合同约定的种植面积生产的烟叶，应当按照国家规定的标准分等定价，全部收购，不得压级压价，并妥善处理收购烟叶发生的纠纷。 Tobacco companies or their authorized agencies shall, after setting price on a grading basis and according to the State-prescribed standards, purchase all the leaf tobacco grown by leaf tobacco growers within the plantation areas specified in the leaf tobacco purchasing contracts.
