The shops and stalls producing and selling food items on the fairs shall hold the business licenses issued by the industrial and commercial administrative departments, and those who are required by the municipal public health administrative department to hold a food hygiene license, shall first apply to the municipal public health administrative department for a food hygiene license;and
- 三、 申领本公告附件所列钢材出口许可证的贸易方式仅限于一般贸易出口（不含归还贷款出口和国际招标出口）。 3. Trade mode of export license of steels listed in the announcement shall only applicable to general export (loan payment export and international bidding export are excluded).
- （四）病死、毒死或者死因不明的禽、畜（包括野味）肉及其制品； 4. The meat and meat products of the poultry and livestock (including games) that died of diseases, poisoning or unknown reasons;
- （四）在当年十一月至次年四月期间生产经营食用畜禽血的，必须持有兽医卫生检验合格证明，在五月至十月期间生产经营食用畜禽血的，还必须经市卫生行政部门许可。 4. Those who produce and sell edible blood products of livestock and poultry between November of the current year and April of the next year must have the certificates issued by the veterinary health inspection, and those who produce edible blood products of livestock and poultry between May and October must also obtain the permission from the municipal public health administrative department.
- （五）死的黄鳝、甲鱼、乌龟、河蟹、蟛蜞、螯虾及死的贝壳类水产品； 5. The dead aquatic products, such as finless eels, turtles, tortoise, river crabs, brackishwater crabs (amphibious crabs), chela shrimps and shellfish;
- 五、 本公告所列钢材出口许可证有效期为许可证签发之日起3个月内有效。 5. The export license of steels listed in the announcement shall be effective in 3 months as from release of the license.
- 五、 本公告也适用于保税区、出口加工区等海关特殊监管区域，但本公告发布之前区内已设立的企业除外。 5. This announcement also applies to special supervising districts of Customs such as export processing zone and bonded areas, however enterprises established before release of this announcement are excluded.
- 六、 外商独资银行、中外合资银行总行所在地银监局应当自收到完整的申请资料之日起20日内将申请资料连同审核意见报送中国银监会。 6. The branch of the CBRC of the place where the headquarters of the wholly foreign-funded bank or Chinese-foreign equity joint bank is located shall submit the application materials together with the examination opinions to the CBRC within 20 days as of the date of receiving a complete set of application materials.
- （六） 对被特许人的经营活动进行指导、监督的方式和内容。 6. The methods and content of guidance and supervision over the franchise activities of the franchisee.
- （八）使用污秽不洁或者被农药、化肥等有毒有害物污染的容器、包装材料盛装的食品； 8. The food items contained in the containers and packaging materials that are dirty or contaminated by pesticides, chemical fertilizers and other toxic and harmful substance;
- （九）市卫生行政部门为预防疾病等特殊需要，专门规定禁止出售的食品； 9. The food items that are specially barred from selling by the municipal public health administrative department out of the particular necessity of preventing diseases; or
