- “就地诊验”指一个人在卫生检疫机关指定的期间，到就近的卫生检疫机关或者其他医疗卫生单位去接受诊察和检验；或者卫生检疫机关、其他医疗卫生单位到该人员的居留地，对其进行诊察和检验。 ""On-site clinical check-up"" means that a person is required to go to the nearest health and quarantine organ or medical treatment unit for diagnosis and check-up within a specific period of time set by the health and quarantine organ or that the person is visited by people either from the health and quarantine organ or from the medical treatment unit for diagnosis and check-up.
- （十二）其他不符合食品卫生标准和卫生要求的； (12) other foods that do not conform to the standards and requirements for food hygiene.
- （二） 经销商管理制度。市场应当建立经销商管理档案，如实动态记录经销商身份信息、联系方式、经营产品和信用记录等基本信息。经销商退出市场后，其档案应至少保存二年。 (2) Operations management system. Markets shall establish operation management files for operators, such as dynamic information of identity of operators, contact, products, and credit as well. The information above shall be kept for at least 2 years since the operator quit from the market.
- (五)""其他检疫物""是指动物疫苗、血清、诊断液、动植物性废弃物等。 (5) ""Other quarantine objects"" mean animal vaccine, blood serum, diagnostic reagents, wastes of animal or plant nature.
- (五)对入境、出境人员进行预防接种、健康检查、医疗服务、国际旅行健康咨询和卫生宣传； (5) offer services in preventive inoculation, physical check-up, medical treatment, consultancy on hygiene and health for international travellers;

- (七)消毒、除鼠、除虫的效果观察与评价； (7) observation and assessment of the result in disinfection, deratization and disinsectization;

- 当地卫生防疫机构发现检疫传染病、监测传染病时，应当向卫生检疫机关通报。 On the other hand, if the local epidemic prevention unit has discovered any quarantinable epidemic cases or monitored epidemic diseases, it must keep the health and quarantine organ informed about the matter.
- 经卫生检疫机关签发尸体、骸骨入境、出境许可证后，方准运进或者运出。 Only with an entry or exit license issued by the health and quarantine organ can the remains or ashes be shipped in or out.

- （二）生产经营不符合卫生标准的食品，造成食物中毒事故或者其他食源性疾患的，责令停止生产经营并销毁该食品，没收违法所得，并处以违法所得一倍以上五倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处以一千元以上五万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，吊销《食品卫生许可证》。 or 2. Anyone who produces and sells food items that do not meet the hygiene standards and has caused food poisoning or other food-borne diseases shall be ordered to stop the production and selling of such food items and to destroy them, have his/her illegal earnings confiscated and pay a fine between one and five times his/her illegal earnings. If he/she has no illegal earnings, he/she shall be ordered to pay a fine of between 1,000 and 50,000 yuan. If the case is serious, his/her Food Hygiene License shall be revoked.
- 未列入名晾晒名录的其他晾晒烟可以在集市贸易市场出售。 Other air- and sun-cured tobacco items which are not included in the above mentioned catalogue may be sold at rural or urban trade markets.
- 本法规定的行使食品卫生监督权的其他机关，在规定的职责范围内，依照办法的规定作出行政处罚决定。 Other authorities exercising the power of food hygiene supervision as provided by this Law shall, within the stipulated scope of functions and duties, make decisions on administrative punishment in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
- 国务院有关部门在各自的职责范围内负责食品卫生管理工作。 Other relevant departments under the State Council shall, within the scope of their respective functions and duties, be responsible for control of food hygiene.
