- 使用武器的人员，应当按照国家有关规定报告情况。 Personnel who have used weapons shall report the situations in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State.
- 担任检察长、副检察长、检察委员会委员，应当从具有实际工作经验的人员中择优提出人选。 Persons to be appointed chief procurators, deputy chief procurators or members of procuratorial committees shall be selected from among those who are experienced in practical work.
- 担任院长、副院长、审判委员会委员、庭长、副庭长，应当从具有实际工作经验的人员中择优提出人选。 Persons to be appointed presidents, vice-presidents, members of the judicial committees, chief judges, associate chief judges of divisions shall be selected from among those who are experienced in practical work.
- 正在被执行刑罚或者依法被剥夺、限制人身自由的人，不得担任辩护人。 Persons who are under criminal punishment or whose personal freedom is deprived of or restricted according to law shall not serve as defenders.
- 非法种植罂粟或者其他毒品原植物，在收获前自动铲除的，可以免除处罚。 Persons who illegally cultivate opium poppy or any mother plants of other narcotic drugs but voluntarily uproot them before harvest may be exempted from punishment.
- 国有公司、企业、事业单位、人民团体中从事公务的人员和国家机关、国有公司、企业、事业单位委派到非国有公司、企业、事业单位、社会团体从事公务的人员，以及其他依照法律从事公务的人员，以国家工作人员论。 Persons who perform public service in State-owned companies or, enterprises, institutions or people's organizations, persons who are assigned by State organs, State-owned companies, enterprises or institutions to companies, enterprises or institutions that are not owned by the State or people's organizations to perform public service and the other persons who perform public service according to law shall all be regarded as State functionaries.
- 国有公司、企业、事业单位、人民团体中从事公务的人员和国家机关、国有公司、企业、事业单位委派到非国有公司、企业、事业单位、社会团体从事公务的人员，以及其他依照法律从事公务的人员，以国家工作人员论。 Persons who perform public service in State-owned companies or, enterprises, institutions or people's organizations, persons who are assigned by State organs, State-owned companies, enterprises or institutions to companies, enterprises or institutions that are not owned by the State or people's organizations to perform public service and the other persons who perform public service according to law shall all be regarded as State functionaries.
- 使用公务用枪的人员，必须经过专门培训。 Persons who use guns for the discharge of official duties must receive special training.
- 在香港特别行政区成立前已取得专业和执业资格者，可依据有关规定和专业守则保留原有的资格。 Persons with professional qualifications or qualifications for professional practice obtained prior to the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region may retain their previous qualifications in accordance with the relevant regulations and codes of practice.
