- 用人单位不得安排未成年人和孕期、哺乳期的女职工从事使用有毒物品的作业。 An employing unit shall not assign minors and female employees in pregnancy or lactation to engage in the operations in which toxic substances are used.
- 用人单位应当尽可能使用无毒物品;需要使用有毒物品的,应当优先选择使用低毒物品。 An employing unit shall, as possible as it can, use nontoxic substances; where it is required to use toxic substances, low toxic substances shall be selected for use with priority.
- 从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位,在申报使用高毒物品作业项目时,应当向卫生行政部门提交下列有关资料: An employing unit that engages in the operations in which high toxic substances are used shall, when declaring operation items with the use of high toxic substances, submit the following materials to the administrative department for public health:
- 从事使用高毒物品作业的用人单位变更所使用的高毒物品品种的,应当依照前款规定向原受理申报的卫生行政部门重新申报。 An employing unit that engages in the operations in which high toxic substances are used shall, when it changes varieties of the high toxic substances used, make anew declarations to the administrative department for public health that originally accepted its declarations in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- 国家机关、事业组织、社会团体和与之建立劳动合同关系的劳动者,依照本法执行。 and labourers who form a labour relationship therewith State organs, institutional organizations and societies as well as labourers who form a labour contract relationship therewith shall follow this Law.
- (三)劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化,致使原劳动合同无法履行,经当事人协商不能就变更劳动合同达成协议的。 and no agreement on modification of the labour contract can be reached through consultation by the parties involved when the objective conditions taken as ?the basis for the conclusion of the contract have greatly changed so that the original labour contract can no longer be carried out.
- (三)法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。 and other circumstances as stipulated by laws, administrative rules and regulations.
- (五)法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。 and other holidays stipulated by laws, rules and regulations.
- (七)违反劳动合同的责任。 and responsibility for the violation of a labour contract.
- (五)地区之间经济发展水平的差异。 and the different levels of economic development between regions.
- (四)被依法追究刑事责任的。 and to be investigated for criminal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
- (三)法定休假日安排劳动者工作的,支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。 and to pay no less than 300 percent of the normal wages if the extended hours are arranged on statutory holidays.
- 用人单位依照本条第一款规定裁减人员,在六个月内重新招用人员的,应当通知被裁减的人员,并在同等条件下优先招用被裁减的人员。 Any employer that cut down the number of workers according to the first paragraph of this Article intends to hire new workers within 6 months after the reduction shall inform the workers cut down and shall give priority to the workers cut down under the equal conditions.
- 用人单位为劳动者个人提供的职业病防护用品必须符合防治职业病的要求;不符合要求的,不得使用。 Any occupational-disease-prevention article provided to the laborer by the Employer should comply with the applicable regulations of occupational disease prevention. It is not allowed to use any occupational-disease-prevention article failing the applicable regulations.
- 从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同;但是,后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。 Any worker that conducts non-full-time labor may conclude a labor contract with one employer or more, but no labor contract concluded later may influence the performance of the labor contract concluded previously.
- 劳动合同除前款规定的必备条款外,当事人可以协商约定其他内容。 Apart from the required clauses specified in the preceding paragraph, other contents in a labour contract may be agreed upon through consultation by the parties involved.

- 第一条 为了保障外商投资企业(以下简称企业)及其职工的合法权益,确立、维护和发展企业与职工之间稳定和谐的劳动关系,根据国家法律、行政法规,制定本规定。 Article 1 The regulations are formulated in line with State laws and administrative regulations to guarantee the legal rights and interests of the foreign-funded enterprises (FFEs) and their employees and establish, maintain and develop stable and harmonious relations between the FFEs and the employees.
- 第一条 为了保证作业场所安全使用有毒物品,预防、控制和消除职业中毒危害,保护劳动者的生命安全、身体健康及其相关权益,根据职业病防治法和其他有关法律、行政法规的规定,制定本条例。 Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and other relevant laws and administrative regulations for the purposes of ensuring the safe use of toxic substances in workplaces, preventing against, controlling, and eliminating occupational poisoning hazards, and protecting workers' life safety, body health and their relevant rights and interests.
- 第一条 为了预防、控制和消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康及其相关权益,促进经济发展,根据宪法,制定本法。 Article 1 This Code is enacted in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution in a bid to prevent, control and eradicate occupational diseases, prevent occupational diseases, protect the health and the rights of laborers and boost economic development.
- 第一条 为了完善劳动合同制度,明确劳动合同双方当事人的权利和义务,保护劳动者的合法权益,构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系,制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is enacted and formulated in order to improve the labor contract system, specify the rights and obligations of both parties to the labor contracts, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and construct and develop a harmonious and steady employment relationship.
- 第一条 为了保护劳动者的合法权益,调整劳动关系,建立和维护适应社会主义市场经济的劳动制度,促进经济发展和社会进步,根据宪法,制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of labourers, readjust labour relationships, establish and safeguard a labour system suited to the socialist market economy, and promote economic development and social progress.
- 第一条 为保障工会在国家政治、经济和社会生活中的地位,确定工会的权利与义务,发挥工会在社会主义现代化建设事业中的作用,根据宪法,制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution in order to protect the position of trade unions in State political, economic and social life, to clarify the rights and obligations of trade unions and to enable them to play their proper role in the development of China's socialist modernization.
- 第一条 全民所有制企业、事业单位和党正机关、群众团体的工人,符合下列条件之一的,应该退休。 Article 1 Workers in State-owned enterprises and undertakings. Party and government institutions, and mass organizations who comply with one of the following conditions should retire.
- 第一条为了妥善安置国有企业富余职工,增强企业活力,提高企业经济效益,制定本规定。? Article 1. These Regulations are formulated in order properly to place the surplus staff and workers of State-owned enterprises, enhance of Enterprise vitality, and increase the economic returns of the Enterprises.
