- （八）伤残津贴：经鉴定为四级至一级伤残的，按照规定享受相当于本人工资７５％至９０％的伤残津贴，由工伤保险基金支付； (8) disability allowances: where the workers are determined as Grade 4 to Grade 1 disability through assessment, they shall enjoy such allowances equivalent to 75% to 90% of their wages according to the provisions, and such allowances shall be paid from the work injury insurance fund;
- （九）死亡补助金：因职业中毒死亡的，由工伤保险基金按照不低于４８个月的统筹地区上年度职工月平均工资的标准一次支付； (9) death subsidies: where the workers are deceased due to occupational poisoning, such subsidies shall be paid in one lump sum from the work injury insurance fund according to the standard of not less than 48-month wages based on the workers’ average monthly wages in the previous year of the same overall planning areas;

- （四）领取失业保险金期间接受职业培训、职业介绍的补贴，补贴的办法和标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定； d.subsidy for accepting job training and job seeking during the period of receiving unemployment insurance compensation. Measures and Schemes for such subsidy are to be stipulated by people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government;
- 集体合同由工会代表职工与企业签订；没有建立工会的企业，由职工推举的代表与企业签订。 discussion and adoption. A collective contract shall be concluded by the trade union on behalf of the staff and workers with the enterprise; in an enterprise where the trade union has not yet been set up, such contract shall be also concluded by the representatives elected by the staff and workers with the enterprise.
- 劳务派遣单位和用工单位不得向被派遣劳动者收取费用。 Dispatching Units and the Units to which laborers are dispatched may not charge fees to dispatched laborers.
- 劳务派遣单位不得克扣用工单位按照劳务派遣协议支付给被派遣劳动者的劳动报酬。 Dispatching Units may not appropriate portions of the labor remuneration that a Unit to which a laborer is dispatched pays to that laborer in accordance with the labor dispatching agreement.
- 劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。 During his probation period, a laborer may dissolve his labor contract at any time by informing his Unit.
- 被派遣劳动者在无工作期间，劳务派遣单位应当按照所在地人民政府规定的最低工资标准，向其按月支付报酬。 During periods when there is no work for the workers, relevant remunerations shall be paid to such workers by labor dispatch service providers on a monthly basis at the minimum salary as prescribed by the people's government of the region where the labor dispatch service providers is situated.
- 职工退出工作岗位休养期间,由企业发给生活费。 During such rest period, when the staff and workers have removed themselves from their posts, the Enterprises shall distribute living expenses to them.
- 劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。 During the probation period, a worker may discharge the labor contract if he informs the employer three days in advance.
- 在规章制度和重大事项决定实施过程中，工会或者职工认为不适当的，有权向用人单位提出，通过协商予以修改完善。 During the process of the implementation of the aforesaid bylaws and significant matters, the labor union or the workers is/are entitled to require the employer to modify or improve them through consultations if it/they find them improper.
- 县级以上各级人民政府劳动行政部门在劳动合同制度实施的监督管理工作中，应当听取工会、企业方面代表以及有关行业主管部门的意见。 During the surveillance and inspection on the implementation of the labor contracts system, the labor competent authorities of the people's governments at or above the county level shall consult the labor unions, enterprise representatives and relevant industrial competent authorities.
