- （四）未按照规定对职业病防护设施进行职业病危害控制效果评价、未经卫生行政部门验收或者验收不合格，擅自投入使用的。 62.4 Use occupational-disease-prevention facilities without assessing the occupational-health-harm control effect of the occupational-disease-prevention facilities or without/failing the inspection of the public health authority;
- （一）隐瞒技术、工艺、材料所产生的职业病危害而采用的； 68.1 Use the occupational-disease-inductive technology, process or material without informing the concerned party or the competent authority of the occupational-disease-inductive factors;
- （四）使用国家明令禁止使用的可能产生职业病危害的设备或者材料的； 68.4 Use the occupational-disease-inductive equipment or material prohibited by laws and regulations;
- 失业保险金由社会保险经办机构按月发放。 Unemployment insurance compensation is paid monthly by social insurance agencies.
- 失业保险金自办理失业登记之日起计算。 Unemployment insurance compensation is to be accounted from the day registration.
- 存入银行和按照国家规定购买国债的失业保险基金，分别按照城乡居民同期存款利率和国债利息计息。 Unemployment insurance funds deposited into banks and used to buy national debts according to State provisions are accounted interests respectively according to the deposit rates of resident deposits during the same period and interests of national debt.
- 失业保险基金专款专用，不得挪作他用，不得用于平衡财政收支。 Unemployment insurance funds shall be used for their specific purposes, and may not be misused for other purposes or used to balance financial expenses and receipts.
- 企业缴纳的待业保险费在缴纳所得税前列支，由企业的开户银行按月代为扣缴。 Unemployment insurance premiums shall be paid before the Enterprises pay their income taxes, and shall be withheld on a monthly basis by the banks in which the Enterprises open their accounts.
- 经营、使用有毒物品的单位，不得经营、使用没有安全标签、警示标识和中文警示说明的有毒物品。 Units that trade in or use toxic substances shall not trade in nor use toxic substances without safety labels, warning marks and warning specifications in Chinese.
- 用工单位不得将被派遣劳动者再派遣到其他用人单位。 Units to which laborers are dispatched may not in turn dispatch the laborers to other Units that use labor.
- 劳动者离开用人单位时，有权索取本人职业健康监护档案复印件，用人单位应当如实、无偿提供，并在所提供的复印件上签章。 Upon leaving the Employer, the laborer is entitled to claim for the copy of his (her) own occupational health record. Upon the request, the Employer should faithfully furnish the stamped record for no charge.
- 在职业病危害事故或者危害状态得到有效控制后，卫生行政部门应当及时解除控制措施。 Upon the effective control of the occupational-disease-inductive accidents or the harmful scenario, the public health agencies should remove the control measures in time.
- 在职业中毒事故或者危害状态得到有效控制后，卫生行政部门应当及时解除控制措施。 Upon the effective control over occupational poisoning accidents or hazards, the administrative departments for public health shall remove such measures in time.
- 职业病诊断争议由设区的市级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门根据当事人的申请，组织职业病诊断鉴定委员会进行鉴定。 Upon the request by the party concerned, the public health authority under the people’s government above the level of district-constituted municipalities should organize the occupational-disease-diagnosis appraisal committee to appraise the occupational disease in dispute.
