- 门诊病历卡的保存期不得少于15年，但按规定由病人自管的除外； The storage period of medical record cards of outpatients shall not be less than fifteen years, except those self kept by patients themselves as stipulated.
- 紧急措施的解除，由原决定机关宣布。 The termination of emergency measures shall be announced by the authorities that originally made the decision.
- 疫区封锁的解除，由原决定机关宣布。 The termination of the blockade of an epidemic area shall be announced by the authorities that originally made the decision.
- 尸体在停尸室存放的期限，6至9月份不得超过2天，其他月份不得超过3天。 The time limit for the corpse to be stored in the mortuary is not more than 2 days from June through September, and not more than 3 days in any other month.

- 第二类精神药品制剂的生产单位，由省、自治区、直辖市卫生行政部门会同同级医药管理部门确定。 The units that may produce psychotropic drugs of category II shall be appointed jointly by the health administration department at the provincial, autonomous regional or municipal (directly under the Central Government) level and the administrative department for medicine at the corresponding level.
- 禁止进口前两款规定以外的其他旧医疗器械。 The used medical instruments other than those in the two preceding paragraphs shall be prohibited from being imported.
- 全社会应当尊重医师。医师依法履行职责，受法律保护。 The whole society should respect doctors. Doctors are protected by law in performing duties according to law.
- 被保险人所签署的要保书，是中国交通保险签保险单的根据，也是本保险单的组成部份。 The written application which the Insured has made and declared being the basis of issuing this policy must be true and correct.因此，被保险人须确实填报，如有虚报或提供伪证等情况，本保险单即行失效。
- 建立生产计划执行情况的报告制度，按季度报省、自治区、直辖市卫生行政部门和同级医药管理部门，并报卫生部和国家医药管理局备案。 They must make regular reports about the fulfillment of the seasonal production plan to the health administration department at the provincial, autonomous regional or municipal (directly under the Central Government) level and the administration department for medicine at the corresponding level and send copies of the reports to the Ministry of Public Health and the State Administration for Medicine for the record.
- 铁路运输不得使用敞车，水路运输不得配装仓面，公路运输应当苫盖严密，捆扎牢固。 They must not be transported in open wagons on railways and, if by ship, no top loading is allowed; if by truck, they must be securely fastened up and safely protected.

- 为保证应急用血，医疗机构可以临时采集血液，但应当依照本法规定，确保采血用血安全。 To guarantee emergency blood use, medical institutions may collect blood on a provisional basis; however, safety in blood collection and blood use shall be ensured in pursuance of the provisions of this Law.
- 全身瘫痪(必须终身卧床或永久性丧失工作能力) Total Paralysis (resulting in being permanently bedridden or permanent disablement from engaging in or giving attention to profession or occupation)
- 发运中药材必须有包装。在每件包装上，必须注明品名、产地、日期、调出单位，并附有质量合格的标志。 Traditional Chinese medicinal materials must be packaged before transportation. There must appear on the package the name of the medicine, place of production, date, name of the consignor, and an indication showing that the quality of the medicine meets standards.
