- （一）中药生产企业对其生产的符合本条例第五条、第六条、第七条、第八条规定的中药品种，可以向所在地省、自治区、直辖市中药生产经营主管部门提出申请，经中药生产经营主管部门签署意见后转送同级卫生行政部门，由省、自治区、直辖市卫生行政部门初审签署意见后，报国务院卫生行政部门。 (1) Enterprises engaged in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicines can apply for protection of their products that conform with the stipulations as set forth in Article 5, Article 6, Article 7 and Article 8. The application shall be submitted to the responsible departments of local province/municipality/autonomous region in charge of the preparation and management of traditional Chinese medicines for written verification, and to be further verified by local health administrative departments at the same level before its submission to the health administrative departments under the State Council.
- （二）数量、规格型号、外观的检验； (2) Examinations on the quantity, specifications and type, and appearance;
- （三）从事医学研究、学术交流，参加专业学术团体； (3) engaging in medical research and academic exchanges and joining professional learned societies;
- （四）努力钻研业务，更新知识，提高专业技术水平； (4) endeavoring to gain professional proficiency, updating knowledge and increasing professional and technical competence; and
- （四）说明书、随机文件资料的核查； (4) Examinations on user's manuals and documents and materials attached to the instruments;
- （六）获取工资报酬和津贴，享受国家规定的福利待遇； (6) earning wages, remuneration and subsidies and enjoying the welfare set by the state; and
- （九）产品标识、标志以及中文说明书的核查。 (9) Examinations on product logos, signs and user's manuals in Chinese.
- （三）聘用非卫生技术人员或者未经注册登记的卫生技术人员从事医疗执业活动； 3. Employing non-public health technical persons or non-registered public health technical persons to carry out medical practising activities;
- （三）临床试验性检查和治疗。 3. Experimental clinical examination and treatment.
- 设立血站向公民采集血液，必须经国务院卫生行政部门或者省、自治区、直辖市人民政府卫生行政部门批准。 Establishment of blood stations for the collection of blood from citizens shall be subject to the approval of the department of public health under the State Council or the departments of public health under the people’s governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipal cities directly under the Central Government.
- 对医师的考核结果，考核机构应当报告准予注册的卫生行政部门备案。 Evaluation institutions should report evaluation results of doctors to the administrative department of health granting registration for the record.
- 任何向中国交通保险索偿诉讼之行动，应于意外事故发生后一年内提出。否则将丧失所有索偿及诉讼之权利。 Every action or proceeding against China Communications Insurance for the recovery of any claim under or by the virtue of this contract is absolutely barred unless commenced within one year after the accident occurs.
- 卫生行政部门设立医疗执业监督员。医疗执业监督员承担医疗机构执业的监督管理工作。 Every public health administrative department shall nominate medical practice supervisors who shall undertake the supervisory and administrative work of medical practice of medical institutions.
- 除有本法第十五条规定的情形外，受理申请的卫生行政部门应当自收到申请之日起三十日内准予注册，并发给由国务院卫生行政部门统一印制的医师执业证书。 Except under the circumstances prescribed in Article 15 of this Law, the administrative department of health accepting the application should grant registration within 30 days from the date of receiving the application and issue the practicing certificate of doctors uniformly printed by the administrative department of health under the State Council.
