- 卫生行政部门应当注销注册，收回医师执业证书： The administrative department of health should cancel the registration and withdraw the practicing certificate of doctors.
- 对考核不合格的医师，县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门可以责令其暂停执业活动三个月至六个月，并接受培训和继续医学教育。 The administrative department of health under the people’s government at or above the county level may order doctors who fail in evaluation to suspend their practice of medicine for three to six months and to accept training and continued medical education.

- 医疗机构评审工作依照《医疗机构评审办法》的有关规定进行。 The appraisal and examination work of medical institutions shall be conducted according to the ""Appraisal and Examination Rules for Medical Institutions"".
- 药品监督管理部门批准开办药品生产企业，除依据本法第八条规定的条件外，还应当符合国家制定的药品行业发展规划和产业政策，防止重复建设。 The approval of the establishment of pharmaceutical producing enterprises by the pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative departments shall be in conformity with Article 8 of this law, as well as the pharmaceutical development plan and the industrial policies formulated by the State to avoid the instance of a repeat establishment.
- 药品监督管理部门批准开办药品经营企业，除依据本法第十五条规定的条件外，还应当遵循合理布局和方便群众购药的原则。 The approval of the establishment of pharmaceutical trading enterprises by the pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative departments shall adhere to the principle of reasonable positioning and convenience for buying of pharmaceuticals, and in addition must conform to Article 15 of this Law.

- 患传染病或者对死亡原因有争议的病人尸体，按国家有关规定处理。 The corpse of a patient, who has died of infectious disease or whose death cause is in dispute, shall be disposed of according to relevant stipulations of the State.

- 《医疗机构制剂许可证》应当标明有效期，到期重新审查发证。 The Dispensing Permit for Medical Organizations shall bear a period of validity, and upon expiration a new license shall be issued after examination for its renewal.
- 区、县卫生行政部门应当自核发《设置医疗机构批准书》之日起15日内，报市卫生行政部门备案。对区、县卫生行政部门作出的不符合本办法规定的审批决定，市卫生行政部门有权纠正或者撤销。 The District or County Public Health Administrative Department shall submit the Approval Certificate for the Establishment of Medical Institution to the Municipal Public Health Administrative Department for record within 15 days after its issuance. The Municipal Public Health Administrative Department has the right to rectify or cancel the approval decision made by the District or County Public Health Administrative Department which does not conform to the stipulations of the present Procedures.
