- （二）接受方保证，不将中国供应的核两用品及相关技术用于未接受国际原子能机构保障监督的核设施； (2) The recipient side guarantees not to use the dual-purpose nuclear goods and correlated technologies from China on nuclear facilities not safeguarded and supervised by the International Nuclear Energy Agency; and
- （二）全国人民代表大会各专门委员会和全国人民代表大会常务委员会办公厅、工作委员会，国务院各部、各委员会、各直属机构、国务院办公厅以及国务院规定应当使用刻有国徽图案印章的办事机构，中央军事委员会办公厅以及中央军事委员会规定应当使用刻有国微图案印章的其他机构。 (2) The special committees of the National People's Congress and the General Office and the working commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the ministries and commissions under the State Council, departments directly under the State Council, the General Office of the State Council and the administrative offices that shall, as prescribed by the State Council, use seals including the design of the National Emblem, as well as the General Office of the Central Military Commission and other organs that shall, as prescribed by the Central Military Commission, use seals including the design of the National Emblem;
- （二）全国人民代表大会常务委员会，国务院，中央军事委员会，最高人民法院，最高人民检察院；中国人民政治协商会议全国委员会； (2) The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council, the Central Military Commission, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate; The National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference;
- 二、定居在中国的； (2) they have settled in China; or
- (二)不损害有关地区的和世界的和平、安全与稳定； (2) They should not jeopardize the peace, security and stability in the relevant regions and around the world;
- （二）遵守全国性的法律和香港特别行政区的法律，遵守军队的纪律； (2) to abide by national laws and the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and observe military discipline;
- （二）加入不属于本法第七条第二款所列范围的多边条约、协定，由外交部或者国务院有关部门会同外交部审查后，提出建议，报请国务院作出加入的决定。加入书由外交部长签署，具体手续由外交部办理。 (2) To accede to a multilateral treaty or agreement other than those listed in Paragraph 2, Article 7 of this Law, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the department concerned under the State Council in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall make a recommendation after examination and submit it to the State Council for decision on accession. The instrument of accession shall be signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the specific formalities executed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- （二）禁止罢工、罢市、罢课； (2) to ban strikes of workers, shop assistants and students;
- (二)鼓励和推动两岸经济交流与合作，直接通邮通航通商，密切两岸经济关系，互利互惠； (2) to encourage and facilitate economic exchanges and cooperation, realize direct links of trade, mail and air and shipping services, and bring about closer economic ties between the two sides of the Straits to their mutual benefit;
- ??? （二）在内海、领海运输、收购、贩卖国家禁止进出口的物品的，或者运输、收购、贩卖国家限制进出口的货物、物品，数额较大，没有合法证明的。 (2) To transport, purchase or sell on coastal or territorial waters articles which are prohibited by the State from importation and exportation, or transport, purchase or sell without legal certification goods and articles which are restricted by the State from importation or exportation in relatively large quantities or of relatively high value.
- ??? （二）查阅进出境人员的证件；查问违反本法或者其他有关法律、法规的嫌疑人，调查其违法行为。 (2) To verify the papers and identifications of inbound and outbound personnel; to interrogate those suspected of violating this Law or other related laws and regulations, and to investigate their illegal activities;

- （三）导弹相关物项和技术的技术说明； (3) technical specifications of the missile-related items and technologies;
