- 九、能用于第一项中各系统的无源电子干扰设备 Passive interferometer equipment usable in the systems in Item 1
- 中国公民在国外申请护照、证件，由中国驻外国的外交代表机关、领事机关或者外交部授权的其他驻外机关颁发。 Passports and certificates which Chinese citizens apply for abroad shall be issued by the Chinese diplomatic missions, consular offices or other agencies located abroad authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- 因私事出境的中国公民所使用的护照由公安部或者公安部授权的地方公安机关颁发。 Passports for Chinese citizens going abroad for private purposes shall be issued by the Ministry of Public Security or by local public security organs authorized by the ministry.
- 在确定密级前，产生该事项的机关、单位应当按照拟定的密级，先行采取保密措施。 Pending the classification of the secret, the state organ or unit where the matter has arisen shall initially take security measures in conformity with the category proposed for its classification.
- 第一款所称永久性测量标志，是指各等级的三角点、基线点、导线点、军用控制点、重力点、天文点、水准点的木质觇标、钢质觇标和标石标志，以及用于地形测图、工程测量和形变测量的固定标志和海底大地点设施等。 Permanent surveying markers as referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article include wooden or steel signals and stone markers established at triangulation points, baseline points, traverse points, military control points, gravimetric points, astronomic points and leveling points of various orders and classes, as well as fixed markers used for topographic mapping, engineering surveying and deformation measurement, and installations at seabed geodetic points.
