- 对虽然符合前款规定，但是有合理的根据认为需要对其进行检查的，有关机关有权令其在指定的机场降落。 if there is reasonable ground to deem that it is necessary to make an inspection of a foreign civil aircraft which operates in conformity with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the authorities concerned have the right to order the aircraft to land at a designated airport.

The presiding arbitrator and the two arbitrators as appointed above shall jointly form an arbitration tribunal to jointly hear the case.
- 托运人未通知或者通知有误的，承运人可以在任何时间、任何地点根据情况需要将货物卸下、销毁或者使之不能为害，而不负赔偿责任。 In case the shipper fails to notify the carrier or notified him inaccurately, the carrier may have such goods landed, destroyed or rendered innocuous when and where circumstances so require, without compensation.
