- 第十四条 编辑作品由编辑人享有著作权，但行使著作权时，不得侵犯原作品的著作权。编辑作品中可以单独使用的作品的作者有权单独行使其著作权。 Article 14 The copyright in a work created by compilation shall be enjoyed by the compiler, provided that the exercise of such copyright shall not prejudice the copyright in the preexisting works included in the compilation. The authors of such works included in a compilation as can be exploited separately shall be entitled to exercise their copyright in their works independently.

The parties concerned may make stipulations on the contractual term, but which may not exceed the remnant term as stipulated in the contract on transfer of the right to use construction land.

- 第一百四十七条 建筑物、构筑物及其附属设施转让、互换、出资或者赠与的，该建筑物、构筑物及其附属设施占用范围内的建设用地使用权一并处分。 Article 147 When alienating, exchanging, using as equity contribution, endowing, or mortgaging the buildings, fixtures and affiliated facilities thereof, the right to use construction land covered by the aforesaid buildings, fixtures and affiliated facilities thereof shall be disposed of at the same time.
- 第一百四十八条 建设用地使用权期间届满前，因公共利益需要提前收回该土地的，应当依照本法第四十二条的规定对该土地上的房屋及其他不动产给予补偿，并退还相应的出让金。 Article 148 Before the term of the right to use construction land expires, where it is necessary to take back the land in advance by virtue of public interests, compensations shall, according to Article 42 of this Law, be given to the houses and other realties on such land, and corresponding land transfer fees shall be returned back.

- 第十五条 核定为文物保护单位的属于国家所有的纪念建筑物或者古建筑，除可以建立博物馆、保管所或者辟为参观游览场所外，如果必须作其他用途，应当根据文物保护单位的级别，由当他文化行政管理部门报原公布的人民政府批准。 Article 15 If it is necessary to use a memorial building or an ancient architectural structure owned by the state at a place designated as a site to be protected for its historical and cultural value for purposes other than the establishment of a museum, a cultural relics preservation institute or a tourist site, the local department for cultural administration shall submit a report for approval to the people's government which originally announced the designation of such a site.
- 第十五条（竞赛规程、规则和方案的执行）举办人应当按照经登记的体育竞赛规程、规则和实施方案组织体育竞赛，并对报名参赛运动员的资格进行审查。 Article 15 Implementation of Contest Regulations, Rules and Plans The sponsor must organize the sports contest and examine the qualification of entrants according to the registered regulations, rules and implementation plans of the sports contests.
