- 专利法第六条所称本单位，包括临时工作单位；专利法第六条所称本单位的物质技术条件，是指本单位的资金、设备、零部件、原材料或者不对外公开的技术资料等。 ""The entity to which he belongs"" mentioned in Article 6 of the Patent Law may also be a temporary entity for which the person works; ""material resources of the entity"" mentioned in Article 6 of the Patent Law shall include the entity's money, equipment, spare parts, raw materials, or technical data which are not to be disclosed to the public.
- （一）申请不符合本细则第二条第一款规定的； (1) the application is not in conformity with Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of these Rules;
- （一）专利申请中记载的著录事项； (1) the bibliographic data contained in patent applications;
- （一）未提交摘要的中文译文或者摘要副本的； (1) the Chinese translation or the copies of the abstract have not been submitted;
- （一）技术领域：写明要求保护的技术方案所属的技术领域； (1) the field of technology: indicating the field of technology to which the technical solution under the request for protection belongs;
- （一）进入中国国家阶段声明中未写明国际申请号的； (1) the international application number is not indicated in the declaration for the entry of the National Phase in China;
- （一）布图设计登记申请表； (1) The layout-design application form;
- （一）许可使用作品的方式； (1) the manner of exploitation of the work covered by the license;
- （一）请求人的姓名或者名称和地址； (1) the name and address of the entity or individual making the request;
- （一）申请人的国籍； (1) the nationality of the applicant;
- （一）拥有该软件著作权的单位终止而无合法继承者； (1) The organization holding the software copyright terminates (dissolves) and there is no legal successor;
- （一）前序部分：写明要求保护的发明或者实用新型技术方案的主题名称和发明或者实用新型主题与最接近的现有技术共有的必要技术特征； (1) the preamble portion: indicating the subject title of the technical solution to the invention or utility model which is claimed to be protected and those essential technical features that are common to the subject of the invention or utility model and the closest technology currently available;
- （一） 主债权消灭； (1) The principal obligee's rights are terminated;
- （一）引用目的仅限于介绍、评论某一作品或者说明某一问题； (1) The quotation is made solely for the purpose of introducing or reviewing the source works or making clear a point;
- （一）引用部分：写明引用的权利要求的编号及其主题名称； (1) the quoting portion: indicating the serial number(s) of the quoted claim(s), and the title of the subject;
- （一）发表权，即决定作品是否公之于众的权利； (1) the right of publication, that is, the right to decide whether to make a work available to the public;
- （一） 约定的债权确定期间届满； (1) The stipulated term for the determination of the obligee's rights expires;
- （一） 被担保债权的种类和数额； (1) the variety and amount of the principal obligee's rights;
- （一） 被担保债权的种类和数额； (1) the variety and sum of the secured obligee's rights;
- １、本单位的业务工作确有接收外国卫星传送的电视节目的必要； (1) the work or business operations of the applying unit demands reception of television programs transmitted via foreign satellites;?
- （１）同中华人民共和国的国家名称、国旗、国徽、军旗、勋章相同或者近似的； (1) those identical with or similar to the State name, national flag, national emblem, military flag, or decorations, of the People's Republic of China;
- （一） 受让人受让该不动产或者动产时是善意的； (1) to accept the realty or chattel in good faith;
- （一） 要求对不动产进行评估； (1) to ask for an evaluation of a realty;
- （一）播放； (1) to broadcast the programme;
- （一）表明表演者身份； (1) to claim performership;
