- 为接入单位提供公平、优质、安全的服务；按照国家有关规定向接入单位收取联网接入费用。 provide access units with fair, excellent and safe services; and collect charges for networking from access units in accordance with relevant State regulations.
- 公安消防队除保证完成本法规定的火灾扑救工作外，还应当参加其他灾害或者事故的抢险救援工作。 Public security fire brigades, except guaranteeing to carry out fire fighting and rescue work as stipulated in this law, should also do rescue and relief work of other disasters or accidents.
- 公安消防机构及其工作人员不得利用职务为用户指定消防产品的销售单位和品牌。 Public security fire control institutions and their staff shall not specify sales units and brands of fire control products in the capacity of their functions.
- 公安消防机构进行消防审核、验收等监督检查不得收取费用。 Public security fire control institutions, when conducting fire control examination and approval and acceptance check, shall not collect fees.
- 公用和城建等单位在修建道路以及停电、停水、截断通信线路时有可能影响消防队灭火救援的，必须事先通知当地公安消防机构。 Public utility units or urban construction units, when building road and cutting off power, water supply and communication lines that may affect fire brigade in fire fighting and rescue work, must inform local public security fire control institutions in advance.

- 对给予拘留的处罚，由公安机关依照治安管理处罚条例的规定裁决。 punishment of detention shall be decided by public security organs in accordance with rules of penal clauses on public order administration.
