It shall adopt effective protective measures to avoid loss and damage to ores that cannot be mined in a comprehensive way or that must be mined simultaneously but cannot be comprehensively utilized for the time being, and to tailings containing useful components.????第三十条??禁止引进不符合我国环境保护规定要求的技术和设备。 Article 30. A ban shall be imposed on the importation of any technology or facility that fails to meet the requirements specified in the regulations of our country concerning environmental protection.???第三十条未按本法规定取得捕捞许可证擅自进行捕捞的，没收渔获物和违法所得，可以并处罚款；情节严重，并可以没收渔具。 Article 30. Anyone who fishes without a fishing licence obtained in accordance with this Law shall have his catches and unlawful income confiscated and may be concurrently fined. In serious cases, his fishing gear may also be confiscated. 第三十条 载运有毒、含腐蚀性货物的船舶，排放洗仓水和其他残余物，必须按照国家有关船舶污水排放的规定进行，并如实地记入航海日志。 Article 30. The discharge of hold-washings and other residues by vessels carrying noxious or corrosive goods must be conducted in compliance with the state provisions for vessel sewage discharge and shall be truthfully recorded in the Logbook.
