If an enterprise or institution has caused severe environmental pollution, it shall be required to eliminate and control the pollution within a certain period of time. 第二十九条 １５０总吨以上的油轮和４００总吨以上的非油轮，排放含油污水，必须按照国家有关船舶污水的排放标准和规定进行，并如实地记入油类记录簿。 Article 29.
