- 第十条申请中药品种保护的企业，应当按照国务院卫生行政部门的规定，向国家中药品种保护审评委员会提交完整的资料。? Article 10 The applying enterprises shall submit adequate information material, as specified by the health administrative departments under the State Council, to the National Committee on the Assessment of the Protected Traditional Chinese Medicinal Products P.R.C..
- 第十条 第一类精神药品只限供应县以上卫生行政部门指定的医疗单位使用，不得在医药门市部零售。 Article 10 the psychotropic drugs of category I are available only to those medical treatment units appointed by the health administrative department at or above the county level. No retail sale of these drugs shall be allowed at any drug stores.
- 第十条 地方各级政府应当有计划地建设和改造公共卫生设施，对污水、污物、粪便进行无害化处理，改善饮用水卫生条件。 Article 10. Local governments at various levels shall establish or reconstruct public health facilities in a planned way, take necessary measures for the innocent treatment of sewage, wastes and feces, and improve the hygienic condition of drinking water.
- 第一百条 依照本法被吊销《药品生产许可证》、《药品经营许可证》的，由药品监督管理部门通知工商行政管理部门办理变更或者注销登记。 Article 100 If a Pharmaceutical Production License or a Pharmaceutical Trade License is revoked according to this Law, the pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative department shall notify the industry and commerce administrative department to alter or annul the registration.
- 第一百零一条 本章规定的货值金额以违法生产、销售药品的标价计算；没有标价的，按照同类药品的市场价格计算。 Article 101 The value of goods as prescribed in this chapter is designated according to the marked price of the unlawfully made or sold medicines. In the absence of a marked price, the value of goods shall be designated according to the market price of pharmaceuticals of the same kind.
- 第一百零二条 本法下列用语的含义是： Article 102 For the purpose of this Law, the following definitions are offered:
- 第一百零三条 中药材的种植、采集和饲养的管理办法，由国务院另行制定。 Article 103 Measures for the control of cultivation, collection and breeding of all categories of medicinal materials used in traditional Chinese medicine shall be seperately formulated by the State Council .
- 第一百零四条 国家对预防性生物制品的流通实行特殊管理。具体办法由国务院制定。 Article 104 The State Council shall formulate detailed measures to carry out special control on the circulation of preventive bioproducts.
- 第一百零五条 中国人民解放军执行本法的具体办法，由国务院、中央军事委员会依据本法制定。 Article 105 Detailed measures for the implementation of this law by the Chinese People's Army shall be formulated by the State Council and the Central Military Committee of the State on the basis of this Law.
- 第一百零六条 本法自２００１年１２月１日起施行。 Article 106 This Law shall enter into force as of December 1, 2001.?
- 第十一条（个体诊所、个体护理站的设置条件） Article 11 (Requirements for the Establishment of a Private Clinic or a Private Nursing Station)
- 第十一条以师承方式学习传统医学满三年或者经多年实践医术确有专长的，经县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门确定的传统医学专业组织或者医疗、预防、保健机构考核合格并推荐，可以参加执业医师资格或者执业助理医师资格考试。 Article 11 Anyone who has studied traditional medicine under a teacher for at least three years or has really acquired specialized knowledge of medicine in his many years’ career, if he is recommended upon examination by an organization of traditional medicine profession or an institution of medical treatment, prevention or health care which shall be designated by the administrative department of health under the people’s government at or above the county level, may participate in the examination for the qualifications of medical practitioners or the examination for the qualifications of assistant medical practitioners.
- 第十一条无偿献血的血液必须用于临床，不得买卖。 Article 11 Blood donated without compensation must be used for clinical purposes and must not be bought or sold.
- 第十一条 中国红十字会总会具有社会团体法人资格；地方各级红十字会、行业红十字会依法取得社会团体法人资格。 Article 11 The All-China Federation of the Red Cross Societies shall have the status of legal person as a social organization; the local Red Cross Societies at various levels and the Red Cross Societies of different trades and professions shall acquire the status of legal persons as social organizations according to law.
- 第十一条国家质检总局根据进口医疗器械的结构特征、使用形式、使用状况、国家医疗器械分类的相关规则以及进口检验管理的需要等，将进口医疗器械产品分为：高风险、较高风险和一般风险三个风险等级。 Article 11 The GAQSIQ shall divide the risks of the imported medical instruments into three risk levels: high risk, relatively high risk and ordinary risk in light of the structural features, use forms and use conditions of the imported medical instruments as well as relevant rules on the categorization of medical instruments of the state, requirements for the import inspection management, etc..
- 第十一条对批准保护的中药品种以及保护期满的中药品种，由国务院卫生行政部门在指定的专业报刊上予以公告。? Article 11 The health administrative departments under the State Council are to publish, on designated specialized papers, the varieties of traditional Chinese medicines granted with a protection, and that whose protection period is terminated.
- 第十一条 科研和教学机构因科研和教学需要的精神药品，需经县以上卫生行政部门批准后，由指定的医药经营单位供应。 Article 11 the psychotropic drugs needed in scientific research or teaching shall be provided by the appointed drug dealers with an approval by the health administrative department at or above the county level.
- 第十一条 生产药品所需的原料、辅料，必须符合药用要求。 Article 11 The raw and supplementary materials used for the production of pharmaceuticals must conform to the requirements for medicinal use.
- 第十一条接受婚前医学检查的人员对检查结果持有异议的，可以申请医学技术鉴定，取得医学鉴定证明。 Article 11 Those who have received pre-marital medical examination hold dissenting views on the results of the medical examination may apply for a medical technical appraisement and obtain a certificate of medical appraisement.
- 第十一条 各级各类医疗保健机构应当设立预防保健组织或者人员，承担本单位和责任地段的传染病预防、控制和疫情管理工作。 Article 11. Medical care and health institutions at various levels and of different types shall set up preventive health organizations or assign personnel to undertake the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the management of the epidemic situation in their respective units or in the communities for which they are responsible.
- 第十二条（申请限制条件） Article 12 (Restrictive Terms for Application)
- 第十二条符合下列条件的进口医疗器械产品为高风险等级： Article 12 Any imported medical instrument that satisfy the following requirements shall be at a level of high risk:
- 第十二条男女双方在结婚登记时，应当持有婚前医学检查证明或者医学鉴定证明。 Article 12 Both the male and the female shall, in making marriage registration, hold their certificates of pre-marital medical examination or certificates of medical technical appraisement.
- 第十二条医师资格考试成绩合格，取得执业医师资格或者执业助理医师资格。 Article 12 Examinees who pass the examination for the qualifications of doctors shall be awarded the qualifications of medical practitioners or assistant medical practitioners.
- 第十二条临床用血的包装、储存、运输，必须符合国家规定的卫生标准和要求。 Article 12 Packaging, storage and transportation of blood for clinical use must conform to the hygienic standards and requirements prescribed by the state.
