- 任何单位或者个人不得买卖、出借、转让或者冒用标有医疗机构名称的票据、药品分装袋、制剂标签以及病历卡、处方笺、检查申请单、检查报告单、检查证明书、疾病证明、出生证明或者死亡证明等医疗文件。 Any unit or individual person shall not buy, sell, transfer or fraudulently use the bills, medicine bags, labels for pharmaceutical preparations, and medical documents such as medical record card, prescription pad, examination application, examination report, certificate of health examination, certificate of disease, birth certificate, death certificate, etc.
- 任何单位或者个人未经医疗机构许可，不得私自翻阅、索要病历卡，不得涂改和毁损病历卡。 Any unit or individual person shall not read or ask for a medical record card without permission of the medical institution; and shall not alter, damage or destroy a medical record card.
- 任何单位或者个人不得拒付医疗费用。 Any unit or individual person shall not refuse to pay medical fees.
- 任何单位或者个人不得以任何理由或者方式扰乱医疗机构的正常秩序，侵犯医务人员的人身安全或者损毁财物；不得在医疗机构内进行各种形式的迷信祭祀活动；不得干涉、阻碍医疗机构对尸体的常规处置。 Any unit or individual person shall not, with any reason or in any way, disturb the normal order of medical institution, infringe upon personal safety of medical persons, or damage property and things; shall not do superstitious activities or sacrificial rites in any form inside the medical institution; or shall not interfere in or hinder the normal disposal of the corpse by the medical institution.
- 单位或者个人扰乱医疗机构正常秩序的，由公安机关按照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》进行处罚；情节严重构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究其刑事责任。 Any unit or individual, which (or who) has disturbed the normal order of a medical institution, shall be penalized in accordance with the Regulations of the People''s Republic of China on Public Security Administration and Imposition of Punishment. Those whose act is serious enough to constitute a crime shall be prosecuted for their criminal liability by the judicial organs.
- 未经医师注册取得执业证书，不得从事医师执业活动。 Anyone who fails to be registered as a doctor and obtain the practicing certificate shall not practice medicine.
- 取得医师资格的，可以向所在地县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门申请注册。 Anyone who has been awarded the qualifications as a doctor may apply to the administrative department of health under the local people’s government at or above the county level for registration.

- 第一条（目的和依据） Article 1 (Purpose and Basis)
- 第一条 为了加强精神药品的管理，根据《中华人民共和国药品管理法》的规定，制定本办法。 Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Medicine Administration Law of the People's Republic of China in order to further control psychotropic drugs.
- 第一条为加强进口医疗器械检验监督管理，保障人体健康和生命安全，根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》（以下简称商检法）及其实施条例和其它有关法律法规规定，制定本办法。 Article 1 These Measures are formulated according to the Law on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Inspection Law) and its implementing regulation and other relevant laws and administrative regulations for the purpose of strengthening the administration of inspection and supervision of the imported medical instruments and safeguarding the human health and life safety.

Article 1 This decree is hereby formulated with the aims of raising the quality of all varieties of traditional Chinese medicines, of protecting the legal rights and interests of enterprises engaged in the production of traditional Chinese medicines, and of promoting the development of activities relating to traditional Chinese medicines.
- 第一条为了加强医师队伍的建设，提高医师的职业道德和业务素质，保障医师的合法权益，保护人民健康，制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is enacted for the purpose of strengthening a contingent of doctors, improving occupational morals and professional skills of doctors, safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of doctors, and protecting the people’s health.
- 第一条为保证医疗临床用血需要和安全，保障献血者和用血者身体健康，发扬人道主义精神，促进社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设，制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is enacted with a view to ensuring the requirements and safety of blood for medical and clinical use, safeguarding the physical health of blood donors and blood users, promoting the humanitarian spirit and the building of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.
- 第一条为了保障母亲和婴儿健康，提高出生人口素质，根据宪法，制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution with a view to ensuring the health of mothers and infants and improving the quality of the newborn population.
- 第一条 为加强药品监督管理，保证药品质量，保障人体用药安全，维护人民身体健康和用药的合法权益，特制定本法。 Article 1 This law is formulated to enhance the supervision and control of pharmaceuticals, ensure their quality, guarantee safety in medication, and safeguard the health and legal rights and interests of the people.
- 第一条 为了保护人的生命和健康，发扬人道主义精神，促进和平进步事业，保障红十字会依法履行职责，制定本法。 Article 1 This Law is formulated with a view to protecting the life and health of human beings, fostering humanism, promoting peace and progress, and ensuring the Red Cross Society's performance of its functions and duties in accordance with the law.
- 第一条 为了预防、控制和消除传染病的发生与流行，保障人体健康，制定本法。 Article 1. This Law is enacted in order to prevent, control and eliminate the occurrence and epidemic of infectious diseases and to ensure the health of the people.
- 第十条（设置条件） Article 10 (Requirements for the Establishment)
- 第十条经婚前医学检查，对诊断患医学上认为不宜生育的严重遗传性疾病的，医师应当向男女双方说明情况，提出医学意见；经男女双方同意，采取长效避孕措施或者施行结扎手术后不生育的，可以结婚。但《中华人民共和国婚姻法》规定禁止结婚的除外。 Article 10 After pre-marital medical examination, physicians shall, in respect of the male or female who has been diagnosed with certain genetic disease of a serious nature which is considered to be inappropriate for child-bearing from a medical point of view, explain the situations and give medical advice to both the male and the female; those who, with the consent of both the male and the female, after taking long-term contraceptive measures or performance of ligation operations, are unable to bear children may get married. However, the circumstances under which marriage may not be contracted under the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China shall be excepted.
- 第十条具有高等学校医学专科学历或者中等专业学校医学专业学历，在执业医师指导下，在医疗、预防、保健机构中试用期满一年的，可以参加执业助理医师资格考试。 Article 10 Anyone who has received junior college medical training in an institution of higher learning or received medical training in a secondary training school and has, under the supervision of a medical practitioner, served at least one year on probation in an institution of medical treatment, prevention or health care, may participate in the examination for the qualifications of assistant medical practitioners.
- 第十条血站采集血液必须严格遵守有关操作规程和制度，采血必须由具有采血资格的医务人员进行，一次性采血器材用后必须销毁，确保献血者的身体健康。 Article 10 Blood stations must strictly abide by relevant operational procedures and rules in blood collection, blood collection must be conducted by medical staff with qualifications for blood collection and disposable blood collection apparatuses must be destroyed after use to ensure the physical health of blood donors.
- 第十条 除中药饮片的炮制外，药品必须按照国家药品标准和国务院药品监督管理部门批准的生产工艺进行生产，生产记录必须完整准确。药品生产企业改变影响药品质量的生产工艺的，必须报原批准部门审核批准。 Article 10 Except in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicines into ready-to-use forms, pharmaceuticals must be produced in accordance with the national pharmaceutical standard and the technological procedures approved by the supervisory and administrative departments of pharmaceuticals under the State Council, and the record of production must be complete and accurate. The changes of technological procedure made by the pharmaceutical producing enterprises which affect the quality of the pharmaceuticals shall be examined and approved by the original approval authorities.
- 第十条检验检疫机构按照进口医疗器械的风险等级、进口单位的分类情况，根据国家质检总局的相关规定，对进口医疗器械实施现场检验，以及与后续监督管理（以下简称监督检验）相结合的检验监管模式。 Article 10 In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GAQSIQ, an IQ organ shall take the spot inspection and supervision on the imported medical instruments combining with the follow-up surveillance and management (hereinafter referred to as the surveillant inspection) on the basis of the risk levels of the imported medical instruments and the categories of the importers.
- 第十条 中国红十字会总会设名誉会长和名誉副会长。各誉会长和名誉副会长由中国红十字会总会理事会聘请。 Article 10 The All-China Federation of the Red Cross Societies shall have an Honorary President and several Honorary Vice-Presidents. The Honorary President and Honorary Vice-Presidents shall be invited by the Council of the Federation.
