- 第八十八条承运人根据本法第八十七条规定留置的货物，自船舶抵达卸货港的次日起满六十日无人提取的，承运人可以申请法院裁定拍卖； Article 88 If the goods under lien in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of this Code have not been taken delivery of within 60 days from the next day of the ship's arrival at the port of discharge, the carrier may apply to the court for an order on selling the goods by auction;

If the contents of item (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) in article 6 of the Regulations are changed during application process of business licenses for new routes, foreign airlines shall notify Civil Aviation Administration within 30 days of such change or during submission of applications for business licenses of the new routes.

- 第九条当事人申请认定海上财产无主的，向财产所在地海事法院提出；申请因海上事故宣告死亡的，向处理海事事故主管机关所在地或者受理相关海事案件的海事法院提出。 Article 9 An application for determining a maritime property as ownerless shall be filed by the parties with the maritime court of the place where the property is located; an application for declaring a person as dead due to a maritime accident shall be filed with the maritime court of the place where the competent organ responsible for handling with the accident or the maritime court that accepts the relevant maritime cases.

- 第九条 仲裁委员会由主任一人、副主任若干人和委员若干人组成。主任履行本规则赋予的职责,副主任受主任的委托可以履行主任的职责。 Article 9 The Arbitration Commission is composed of one Chairman, several Vice-Chairmen and a number of Commission members. The Chairman performs the functions and duties vested in him by these Rules and the Vice-Chairmen may perform the Chairman's functions and duties with the Chairman's authorization.

All personnel on vessels and installations must observe relevant rules and regulations concerning maritime traffic safety, follow the operating rules and ensure the safety of the vessels and installations in navigation, berthing and operations.
- 第九条 因海上交通事故致使船舶、设施发生损害，船长、设施负责人庆申请中国当地或船舶第一到达港地的检验部门进行检验或鉴定，并应将检验报告副本送交港务监督备案。 Article 9. If a vessel or an installation is damaged due to a maritime traffic accident, the captain in of the vessel or the person in charge of the installation shall apply to China's local inspection department or the inspection department at the vessel's first port of arrival in China for inspection or appraisement and send a copy of the inspection report to the harbour superintendency administration for the record.
- 第九条本规定未列事项，按海关有关法规办理。 Article 9. Matters not provided for in these regulations are handled according to related Customs laws and regulations.

The Ministry of Communications is solely responsible for organizing negotiations with foreign businesses on salvaging sunken ships and sunken articles in China's coastal waters, deciding salvaging projects and organizing the signing by Chinese salvage operators and foreign businesses of joint salvage contracts or contracts for cooperative salvage enterprises in accordance with law.
