- 食品卫生监督员对生产经营者提供的技术资料负有保密的义务。 Food hygiene supervisors shall be obliged to keep confidential any technical data provided by the producers or marketers.
- 食品卫生监督员必须秉公执法，忠于职守，不得利用职权谋取私利。 Food hygiene supervisors shall enforce laws impartially, be loyal to their duties and may not seek personal gain by taking advantage of their office.

- 裸装的食品和其他根据产品的特点难以附加标识的裸装产品,可以不附加产品标识。 Food products without package and other non-packed products which are difficult to be marked because of their special nature may dispense with product marks.
- 实施强制免疫以外的动物疫病预防，由县级以上地方人民政府畜牧兽医行政管理部门制定计划，报同级人民政府批准后实施。 For other animal epidemics than those subjected to compulsory immunization, the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative departments under local people’s governments at or above the county level shall formulate prevention plans and report them to the people’s governments at the same level for approval and implementation.

- 对造成严重食物中毒事故或者其他严重食源性疾患，致人死亡或者致人残疾丧失劳动能力的，应当依法追究责任人员的刑事责任。 For the accident of serious food poisoning or other serious food-borne diseases resulting in human deaths or disabilities the responsible person(s) shall be prosecuted for criminal liability according to law.

- 对无有效的黄热病预防接种证书的人员，卫生检疫机关可以从该人员离开感染环境的时候算起，实施6日的留验，或者实施预防接种并留验到黄热病预防接种证书生效时为止。 For those without valid certificate of inoculation, the health and quarantine organ may exercise check-up detention for a period of 6 days counting from the day they left the contaminated place or they may have on-site inoculation against yellow fever and stay until the certificate comes into effect.
