- （核两用品及相关技术出口管制清单略） (Export Control Inventory of Dual-Purpose Nuclear Goods and Correlated Technologies omitted)
- （一）出口核材料的，转送国防科学技术工业委员会复审； 1. Export of nuclear materials shall be forwarded to the Commission of Science, Technology, and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND) for review;
- （二）出口核设备或者反应堆用非核材料及其相关技术的，转送对外贸易经济合作部复审或者对外贸易经济合作部会同国防科学技术工业委员会复审。 2. Export of nuclear equipment or non-nuclear materials used for reactors as well as their related technologies shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) for review, or the Ministry shall jointly review the case with COSTIND.
- （九）能可靠地在超过125摄氏度温度下短期工作的电子装置和部件 Electronic assemblies and components operating at temperatures in excess of 125 °C for a short period of time;
- （七）排除传导热的电子装置和部件 Electronic devices and components removed of conductive heat;
- （十）具有专门设计的整体结构支承件的电子装置和部件 Electronic devices and components with specially designed integrated support;
- （七）为上述第（三）项专门设计的电子设备 Electronic equipment specially designed for Subitem (3);
- 6、工程设计与技术规范 Engineering designs and specifications
- 禁止航空器进入空中军事禁区，依照国家有关规定取得许可的除外。? Entry into the military restricted airspace by airborne devices shall be prohibitied, except as otherwise authorized by relevant state provisions.
- （四）生产复合材料部件的设备和技术 Equipment and technology for production of composite component:
- 5、生产聚合纤维（如聚丙烯腈、粘胶和聚碳硅烷）的设备，包括在加热过程中对纤维施加张力的专门设备 Equipment for converting polymeric fibres (such as polyacrylonitrile, rayon or polycarbosilane) including special provision to strain the fibre during heating;
- （二）生产第二部分第三项中所述液体推进剂的设备 Equipment for producing liquid propellant in Item 3 of Part II:
- 9、用于生产预浸件和预成型件的设备 Equipment for producing prepregs and preforms;
- （一）生产第二部分第四项所述固体推进剂的设备 Equipment for production of solid propellants listed in Item 4 of Part II:
- 8、对纤维表面进行特殊处理的设备 Equipment for special fibre surface treatment;
- 3、在受控环境中生产雾化的或球状的金属粉末的设备 Equipment for the production of atomized or spherical metallic powder in a controlled environment;
- 6、用于使元素和化合物气相沉积在被加热的纤维基体上的设备 Equipment for the vapor deposition of elements or compounds on heated filament substrates;
- 7、难熔陶瓷（如氧化铝）湿纺设备 Equipment for the wet-spinning of refractory ceramics (such as aluminium oxide);
- 预定的疏散地区，在本行政区域内的，由本级人民政府确定；跨越本行政区域的，由上一级人民政府确定。 Evacuation zones shall be predetermined by the people's government of the administrative area where such zones are located, if the zones extend to cover two or more administrative areas, they shall be predetermined by the people's government at the next higher level.
- 有严重生理缺陷或者严重残疾不适合服兵役的人，免服兵役。 Exemptions from military service shall be granted to persons unfit for it due to serious physical defects or serious deformities.
- 经管国家秘密事项的专职人员出境，应当经过批准任命的机关批准； Exit from the country's territory by personnel specially in charge of state secrets shall be approved by the organ that approved their appointment.
- 出口申请表由国务院外经贸主管部门统一印制。 Export application forms shall be uniformly produced by the competent foreign economic and trade department of the State Council.
