- 中华人民共和国公民和组织持有合法证明，可以利用已经开放的档案。 Citizens and organizations of the People's Republic of China possessing lawful identifications may use archives which are open to the public.
- 公民、法人或者其他组织因行政机关违法给予行政处罚受到损害的，有权依法提出赔偿要求。 Citizens, legal persons and other organizations that have suffered damage due to administrative penalty imposed by administrative organs in violation of law shall have the right to demand compensation in accordance with law.

- 特种行业的顾客、进入公共场所活动的人员，应当遵守法律、法规的有关规定，尊重社会公德，维护社会治安秩序。 Customers of the special trades and people who participate in the activities in the public places shall abide by the relevant stipulations of the law and regulations, respect social morality and maintain peace and order of the society.
