- （二）向受送达人在中华人民共和国领域内设立的代表机构、分支机构或者业务代办人送达； (2) to serve on a representative office or branch office established in the People's Republic of China by the person on whom the service is to be made or on his business agent;

- (三)捞获物中夹带有文物或者在打捞作业活动中发现文物的，应当立即报告当地文物行政管理部门，由文物行政管理部门按照中华人民共和国有关文物保护的法律、法规处理，并给有关人员适当的奖励。 (3) The finding of cultural relics among retrieved objects or discoveries of new cultural relics in the process of salvage operations should immediately be reported to local departments in charge of cultural relics administration which will handle the matter in accordance with PRC laws and regulations on the protection of cultural relics, and reward the personnel concerned.

- （四）保税区内企业进口专为生产出口产品所需要的原材料、零部件、元器件、包装物 料，予以保税。 (4) the raw and processed materials, spare and components parts, primary parts, and packaging supplies, imported by the enterprises in the bonded area to be used for production of export products, shall be held in bond;
- （四）海底电缆、管道路由调查、勘测的时间、内容、方法和设备，包括所用船舶的船名、国籍、吨位及其主要装备和性能。 (4) the time, the items, methods and equipment - including the ship to be used: its name, nationality, tonnage, and major pieces of equipment and their functions - for conducting the investigations and survey of routes for laying the submarine cables and pipelines.
