- 确需填堵或者废除的，应当经水行政主管部门审查同意，并报城市人民政府批准。 If it is really necessary to stuff or block up or demolish them, consent should be obtained from the water conservancy administrative department and the cases be reported to the people's government of the city for approval.

Foreign collaborators may, under law, remit abroad the reclaimed investment, profits and other lawful incomes.

- 对已建成的所采煤炭属于高硫份、高灰份的煤矿，应当按照国务院批准的规划，限期建成配套的煤炭洗选设施。 If the coal mined from an established coal mine is of high-sulfur or high-ash, supporting facilities for the dressing of coal by washing shall be installed within a time limit in accordance with the plan approved by the State Council.
- 集体或者个人承包国家所有和集体所有的宜林荒山荒地造林的，承包后种植的林木归承包的集体或者个人所有，承包合同另有规定的，按照承包合同的规定执行。 If the collective or private individual contract for the state-owned and collectively owned waste mountains and land suitable for tree planting, the trees planted after the contract shall be owned by the contracting collective or private individual; if the contract has other provisions, those contractual provisions shall be followed.

- 水污染损失由第三者故意或者过失所引起的，第三者应当承担责任。 If the loss from water pollution is caused by a third party intentionally or negligently, the third party shall be liable to make compensation.
- 水污染损失由受害者自身的责任所引起的，排污单位不承担责任。 If the loss from water pollution is caused due to the victim's own fault, the pollutant discharging unit shall bear no liability for it.
- 当事人对有关人民政府的处理决定不服的，可以在接到通知之日起一个月内，向人民法院起诉。 If the parties concerned disagree with the decision made by the people's government, they may file a suit in a people's court within one month after they have been informed of the decision.
- 当事人对复议决定不服的，可以在接到复议决定之日起十五日内向人民法院起诉。 If the party concerned is not satisfied with the reconsideration decision, it may, within 15 days after the receipt of the reconsideration decision, bring a suit in a people's court.
- 对海关处罚或者治安管理处罚不服的，依照海关法或者治安管理处罚条例的规定办理。 If the party is dissatisfied with a customs penalty or a penalty for violation of public security, the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law or the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security.
- 当事人逾期不申请复议或者不向法院起诉又不履行处罚决定的，由作出处罚决定的机关申请法院强制执行。 If the party neither makes a request for reconsideration, nor institutes legal proceedings in the court, nor complies with the decision on the sanction, the authority that made the decision on the sanction shall request the court to effect a compulsory execution of the decision.
