- （十）违约责任和争议处理； Liability arising from breach of contract and the settlement of disputes ;
- 责任保险是指以被保险人对第三者依法应负的赔偿责任为保险标的的保险。 Liability insurance refers to an insurance the subject matter of the insurance of which is the insured's liability to indemnify a third party pursuant to laws.
- 本法所称票据责任，是指票据债务人向持票人支付票据金额的义务。 Liability on a negotiable instrument as used in this Law means the obligation of a debtor to pay the sum payable by the instrument to the holder.
- 中外合作者用作投资或者合作条件的借款及其担保，由各方自行解决。 Loans to be used by the Chinese and foreign parties as investment or conditions for cooperation, and their guarantees, shall be provided by each party on its own.
- 地方各级审计机关分别在省长、自治区主席、市长、州长、县长、区长和上一级审计机关的领导下，对本级预算执行情况进行审计监督，向本级人民政府和上一级审计机关提出审计结果报告。 Local audit institutions at various levels shall, under the respective leadership of the governors of provinces, chairmen of autonomous regions, mayors, prefectural heads and heads of counties or districts as well as under the leadership of audit institutions at the next higher levels, exercise supervision through auditing over the budget implementation at the corresponding levels and submit audit reports to the people's governments at the corresponding levels and to the audit institutions at the next higher levels.
- 任何地区、部门均不得规定免税、减税项目。 Local governments or departments shall not regulate any tax exemption or reduction items.
- 国务院授权的地方人民政府批准设立的合作企业，由有关地方人民政府颁发批准证书，并自批准之日起３０天内将有关批准文件报送对外贸易经济合作部备案。 Local people's governments authorized by the State Council shall issue approval certificates to the ventures it has approved for establishment, and shall put relevant approval documents on the record of Moftec within 30 days from the approval date.
- 省、自治区、直辖市人民政府以下各级地方人民政府不得制定定价目录。? Local people's governments below the provincial, autonomous regional and municipal level shall not make their own price catalogs.
- 以缴纳营业税为主的业户由地方税务局负责督促建帐。 local tax bureaus shall be responsible for the supervision of establishment of accounting books by business households that pay sales taxes.
- 厦门市地方税务局： Local Taxation Bureau of Xiamen,
- 中国人民银行的亏损由中央财政拨款弥补。 Losses sustained by The People's Bank of China shall be made up by appropriations from the State treasury.
