- 无偿献血者临床需要用血时，免交前款规定的费用； In the event of clinical necessity of blood use by a blood donor without compensation, he or she shall be exempted from the expenses prescribed in the preceding paragraph;

- 当被保险人因意外受伤而需要连续住院七天以上时，I.P.A. 将安排一位被保险人在香港的家属或其它所指定之友人，搭乘定期班机前往医院探视，并由I.P.A. 负担其两张来回机票及住宿费用； 但机票费用以经济舱票价为限；住宿费用每天港币1,200圆；最多连续支付七天，且并不包括饮料、膳食及其它房间服务。 In the event of the Insured suffering from serious Bodily Injury resulting in hospital confinement for more than 7 (seven) consecutive days, I.P.A. will arrange and pay for the cost of two Return Scheduled Airline (on economy fare basis) for a relative or designated person of the Insured to travel from Hong Kong to the Insured’s bedside, including the cost of an ordinary room accommodation in any reasonable hotel up to HKD1,200.00 per day for a maximum period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, but excluding the cost of drinks, meals and other room services.
- 医疗机构对非经治的死亡原因不明者出具死亡证明书，只证明其已死亡，不作死亡原因的诊断。 In the event that a medical institution issues a death certificate to a person who has died of an unknown cause without being treated in the medical institution, the certificate only certifies the death but not any diagnosis upon the cause of the death.
- 中国交通保险有权以被保险人之名义向其它个人或团体追讨中国交通保险所支付之任何赔偿，而被保险人应协助及提交有关之文件给与中国交通保险以便索偿。 In the event that any payment is made under this Policy in respect of any claim, China Communications Insurance shall be subrogated to all the Insured Person's rights of recovery and therefore against any person or organization and the Insured Person shall execute and deliver instruments and papers and do whatever else is necessary to secure such rights.被保险人同意不会影响或妨碍中国交通保险追讨权利。
- 有关方面要求进行死亡原因诊断的，医疗机构应当指派医师进行尸体解剖及实验室检查后，方能作出死亡原因诊断。 In the event that the party concerned demands a diagnosis upon the cause of death, the medical instruction shall appoint doctors to perform the autopsy and laboratory tests; and then a diagnosis of the death cause can be made.
- 无法取得病人意见或者因实施保护性医疗措施不宜向病人说明情况的，应当取得病人家属或者关系人同意并签字； In the event that the patient''s opinion can not be obtained, or it is unadvisable to tell the patient the truth due to the adopting of a protective medical measure, it is necessary to obtain the consent and signature of his/her family member or relative.

- 医疗、预防、保健机构可以为本机构中的医师集体办理注册手续。 Institutions of medical treatment, prevention or health care may go through registration procedures for all of their own doctors.
- 被保险人应尽其最大努力减轻急难状况之影响。 Insured shall be obliged to use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of an emergency.
- 包括中药材、中药饮片、中成药、化学原料药及其制剂、抗生素、生化药品、放射性药品、血清疫苗、血液制品和诊断药品等。 It includes Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese medicines sliced and prepared for decoction, prepared Chinese medicines, chemical raw material drugs and their components, antibiotics, biochemical drugs, radioactive drugs, blood serums and vaccines, blood products, diagnostic drugs and so on.
