- 向国家档案馆以外的任何单位或者个人出卖的，应当按照有关规定由县级以上人民政府档案行政管理部门批准。严禁倒卖牟利，严禁卖给或者赠送给外国人。 selling of such archives to any units or individuals other than State archives repositories shall, according to relevant State regulations, be subject to approval of the archives administration departments of the people's governments at or above the county level. - 外国法院对中华人民共和国公民、组织的行政诉讼权利加以限制的，人民法院对该国公民、组织的行政诉讼权利，实行对等原则。 Should the courts of a foreign country impose restrictions on the administrative litigation rights of the citizens and organizations of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese people's courts shall follow the principle of reciprocity regarding the administrative litigation rights of the citizens and organizations of that foreign country.
- 省、自治区、直辖市的人民代表大会常务委员会在本级人民代表大会闭会期间，可以补选个别出缺的全国人民代表大会代表。 Should the office of an individual deputy to the National People's Congress fall vacant when the people's congress of his province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government is not in session, its standing committee may hold by-elections to fill the vacancy.
- 对办案、装备和基础设施经费，要根据工作任务专项予以安排； special arrangements shall be made for funds to be used for handling cases, equipment and outfit, infrastructure according to duties undertaken;
- 要定期对行政性收费和罚没收入收支两条线管理的执行情况进行专项检查。 Special inspections shall be made at regular intervals to check up on separating receipts from expenditures as two lines in the administration of administrative charges and incomes from fines and confiscations.
- 国有企业事业单位资产转让时，转让有关档案的具体办法由国家档案行政管理部门制定。 Specific measures for the simultaneous transfer of records regarding the assets to be transferred by State-owned enterprises or institutions shall be formulated by the national archives administration department.
