中国交通保险审核由施救医院/医疗单位直接交予之索偿等文件后,以转帐方式向有关医疗单位支付该医疗费用。 China Communications Insurance will verify the claim documentation submitted from the hospital/clinic concerned and reimburse the medical expenses to them directly.

医学技术鉴定组织的组成人员，由卫生行政部门提名，同级人民政府聘任。 Component members of the medical technical appraisement institutions shall be nominated by the administrative departments of public health and engaged by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.

没收的药品由卫生行政部门监督处理。 Confiscated drugs shall be disposed of under the supervision of the department responsible for health administration.
