- 各区、县环境保护部门具体负责本辖区内空调设备安装、使用的监督管理。 The district/county environmental protection departments shall take charge of the supervision and administration of the installation and use of air-conditioning equipment within their jurisdiction.
- 供电营业区的划分，应当考虑电网的结构和供电合理性等因素。 The division of electricity service areas shall take into account such factors as the structure of power networks and the rationality of power supply. Only one power supply enterprise shall be established in each electricity service area.
- 电力企业和用户对执行监督检查任务的电力监督检查人员应当提供方便。 The electric power enterprises and users shall provide all convenience to electric power supervisory and inspective personnel who are on duty.

- 省、自治区、直辖市范围内的供电营业区的设立、变更，由供电企业提出申请，经省、自治区、直辖市人民政府电力管理部门会同同级有关部门审查批准后，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府电力管理部门发给《供电营业许可证》。 The establishment or alteration of electricity service areas within the territories of provinces, autonomous regions ormunicipalities directly under the Central Government shall be applied by power supply enterprises, such application shall be examined by the administrative departments of electric power under the people's governments at the level of provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with relevant departments at the same level, if approved, the said administrative departments of electric power shall issue the Power Supply Business Permits.

- 单位和个体经营者使用空调设备产生的噪声，应当符合城市区域环境噪声标准；达不到规定标准的，必须采取有效治理措施，消除噪声污染。 The noise coming from the air-conditioning equipment used by units or self-employed workers shall conform to the environmental noise standard for the locality. If the noise level exceeds the standard, effective measures must be taken to eliminate the noise pollution.
- 电网运行应当连续、稳定，保证供电可靠性。 The operation of power networks shall be maintained in a continuous and stable way and the reliability of power supply shall be guaranteed.
- 电力发展规划，应当体现合理利用能源、电源与电网配套发展、提高经济效益和有利于环境保护的原则。 The planning for electric power development shall reflect the principles of rational utilization of energy, coordinated development of the power sources and power networks, increasing economic benefits, and being conducive to environmental protection.
- 具体标准由市市政管理委员会、市环保局会同有关部门另行制定。 The practical standards shall be formulated separately by the Municipal Administration Committee and the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau together with the relevant departments.
- 农民生活用电与当地城镇居民生活用电应当逐步实行相同的电价。 The price of electricity utilized by farmers and by local urban residents for their living shall be gradually unified.
- 从海关特殊监管区域和海关保税监管场所进入（境内）区外的机电产品，适用本办法。 the provisions hereof are applicable to mechanical and electronic products that enter into outside areas of areas under special customs supervision and customs bonded and supervisory areas (within boundaries of China) from areas under special customs supervision and customs bonded and supervisory areas.
- 同一单位或个人在同一立面上安装若干空调设备，其间距不足１米的，应当合并计算制冷额定电功率。 The rated refrigerating power of a number of air-conditioners installed on the same upright surface by the same unit or individual with spacing of less than one meter between them shall be amalgamated in calculation.
- 电力供应与使用办法由国务院依照本法的规定制定。 The regulations of supply and utilization of electric power shall be worked out by the State Council on the basis of the provisions in this law.
- 对同一电网内的同一电压等级、同一用电类别的用户，执行相同的电价标准。 The same standard of the electricity price shall be implemented to all users of the same category, with the same voltage grade within the same power network.
