- （七）进口无线电发射设备应符合《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》的有关规定； (7)Relevant provisions of the Radio Regulations of the People’s Republic of China in the case of import of radio transmitting equipment;
- （八）进口卫星电视接收设备应符合《卫星电视地面接收设施管理规定》的有关规定； (8)Relevant provisions of the Provisions on the Administration of Ground Receiving Facilities for Satellite Television Transmissions in the case of import of receiving facilities for satellite television transmissions;
- （九）进口电子游戏机产品应符合《娱乐场所管理条例》的有关规定； (9)Relevant provisions of the Regulations on Management of Entertainment Venues in the case of import of electronic game products;

- 网上申请时不能随《机电产品进口申请表》一并提交的本《办法》第八条至第十条规定的相关书面材料，应经相应的地方、部门机电办核实后报商务部。 Relevant written materials that required in Article 8 to Article 10 hereof yet unable to submit with the Application Form for Import of Mechanical and Electronic Products shall send to the MOFCOM after check by corresponding Mechanical and Electronic Import and export Offices in local areas and departments.
