- （二）加工贸易项下为复出口而进口机电产品的； (2)Mechanical and electronic products under processing trade which are imported for re-export;
- （三）由海关监管，暂时进口后复出口或暂时出口后复进口的； (3)Mechanical and electronic products supervised by customs which are imported temporarily for re-export or exported temporarily for re-import;
- （四）从境外进入海关特殊监管区域或海关保税监管场所及海关特殊监管区域或海关保税监管场所之间进出的机电产品，免于办理进口证件，但属于旧机电产品的，必须办理检验检疫手续，由海关监管； (4)Mechanical and electronic products that entered areas under special customs supervision and customs bonded and supervisory areas from abroad or those entered or exited among areas under special customs supervision and customs bonded and supervisory areas are exempted from import license; while for used mechanical and electronic products, procedures of inspection and quarantine shall be handled and said products shall be under supervision of customs;
- （一）制冷额定电功率不满２千瓦的为３米； 1. 3 meters if the rated refrigerating power is below 2 kilowatts;
- （二）制冷额定电功率２千瓦以上不满５千瓦的为４米； 2. 4 meters if the rated refrigerating power is above 2 kilowatts but below 5 kilowatts;
- （三）制冷额定电功率５千瓦以上不满１０千瓦的为５米； 3. 5 meters if the rated refrigerating power is above 5 kilowatts but below 10 kilowatts; or
- （四）制冷额定电功率１０千瓦以上不满３０千瓦的为６米。 4. 6 meters if the rated refrigerating power is above 10 kilowatts but below 30 kilowatts;

- 电力企业的管理人员和查电人员、抄表收费人员勒索用户、以电谋私，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分。 Management personnel, electricity inspector, meter readers or fee collectors of an electric power enterprise who blackmail the users or seek personal gains shall be prosecuted for criminal liability in the case where a crime is constituted; or an administrative penalty shall be imposed in the case where no crime is constituted.

- 各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市、沿海开放城市、经济特区机电产品进出口办公室和国务院有关部门机电产品进出口办公室（简称为地方、部门机电办）受商务部委托，负责本地区、本部门机电产品进口管理工作。 Mechanical and electronic import and export offices in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities under separate state planning, open coastal cities and special economic zones as well as those in relevant departments of the State Council (hereafter referred as local and departmental mechanical and electronic offices) are consigned by the MOFCOM to be responsible for the administration of the import of mechanical and electronic products in their areas or departments.
- 各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市、沿海开放城市、经济特区机电产品进出口办公室和国务院有关部门机电产品进出口办公室（简称为地方、部门机电办），负责对本地区、本部门机电产品进口自动许可的管理工作。 Mechanical and electronic import and export offices in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities under separate state planning, open coastal cities and special economic zones as well as those in relevant departments of the State Council (hereafter referred as local and departmental mechanical and electronic offices) are responsible for the administration of automatic import license of mechanical and electronic products in their areas or departments.
- 禁止进口机电产品不得进入海关特殊监管区域和海关保税监管场所。 Mechanical and electronic products under forbidden import category shall not enter areas under special customs supervision and customs bonded and supervisory areas.
