- 本市市区范围内的市政建设项目或者其他建设项目拆迁居住房屋的补偿安置,可以参照本办法执行。 Compensation and resettlement for the demolition and re[] of residential houses within the urban area of this Municipality for municipal construction projects or other construction projects may be handled by reference to the present Procedures.
- 征用耕地的补偿费用包括土地补偿费、安置补助费以及地上附着物和青苗的补偿费。征用耕地的土地补偿费,为该耕地被征用前三年平均年产值的六至十倍。征用耕地的安置补助费,按照需要安置的农业人口数计算。需要安置的农业人口数,按照被征用的耕地数量除以征地前被征用单位平均每人占有耕地的数量计算。每一个需要安置的农业人口的安置补助费标准,为该耕地被征用前三年平均年产值的四至六倍。但是,每公顷被征用耕地的安置补助费,最高不得超过被征用前三年平均年产值的十五倍。 Compensation fees for land requisitioned include land compensation fees, resettlement fees and compensation for attachments to or green crops on the land. The land compensation fees shall be 6-10 times the average output value of the three years preceding the requisition of the cultivated land. The resettlement fee shall be calculated according to the number of agricultural population to be resettled. The number of agricultural population to be resettled shall be calculated by dividing the amount of cultivated land requisitioned by the per capital land occupied of the unit whose land is requisitioned. The resettlement fees for each agricultural person to be resettled shall be 4-6 times the average annual output value of the three years preceding the requisition of the cultivated land. But the maximum resettlement fee per hectare of land requisitioned shall not exceed 15 times of the average annual output value of the three years prior to the requisition.
- 建筑施工企业必须按照工程设计图纸和施工技术标准施工,不得偷工减料。工程设计的修改由原设计单位负责,建筑施工企业不得擅自修改工程设计。 Construction enterprises must carry out construction operation in accordance with design drawings of projects and construction technical standards, and shall not cheat on work and materials.??The original designing institution shall bear the responsibility for altering the design of projects. Construction enterprises shall not alter the design of projects without authorization.
