（一）居住用地七十年； (1) 70 years for residential purposes; （二）工业用地五十年； (2) 50 years for industrial purposes; （三）教育、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地五十年； (3) 50 years for the purposes of education, science, culture, public health and physical education; （四）商业、旅游、娱乐用地四十年； (4) 40 years for commercial, tourist and recreational purposes; and （五）综合或者其他用地五十年。 (5) 50 years for comprehensive utilization or other purposes.
