- 生产工艺的采用者必须在国务院经济综合主管部门会同国务院有关部门规定的期限内停止采用列入前款规定的名录中的工艺。 Users of the production techniques listed in the catalogue mentioned in the preceding paragraph must stop using such production techniques within the time limit fixed by the competent department for comprehensive economic and trade affairs under the State Council together with relevant departments under the State Council.
- 生产工艺的采用者必须在国务院经济综合主管部门会同国务院有关部门规定的期限内停止采用列入前款规定的名录中的工艺。 Users of the production techniques must stop the process techniques included in the list mentioned in the preceding paragraph within the period of time specified by the competent department in charge of comprehensive administration of economic affairs jointly with other relevant departments under the State Council.
