建设工程开工前，建设单位或者施工单位应当向燃气销售企业查明地下燃气设施的相关情况，燃气销售企业应当在三日内给予书面答复。 Before starting a construction project, the construction unit or performing unit shall ask the fuel gas selling enterprise for related details of underground fuel gas facilities, and the latter shall give a written reply within three days.
