- 本法施行前发生的侵权或者违约行为，依照侵权或者违约行为发生时的有关规定和政策处理。 Any act of infringement or breach of contract committed prior to the entry into force of this Law shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations or policies in force at the time when such act was committed.
- 中国单位或者个人向外国人转让专利申请权或者专利权的，必须经国务院有关主管部门批准。 Any assignment, by a Chinese entity or individual, of the right to apply for a patent, or of the patent right, to a foreigner must be approved by the competent department concerned of the State Council.
- 专利权在期限届满前终止的，由国务院专利行政部门登记和公告。 Any cessation of the patent right shall be registered and announced by the Patent Administration Department Under the State Council .
