- 第十四条 县级以上人民政府环境保护行政主管部门和其他固体废物污染环境防治工作的监督管理部门，有权依据各自的职责对管辖范围内与固体废物污染环境防治有关的单位进行现场检查。 Article 14 The competent administrative department of environmental protection of the people's government at or above the county level and other supervisory and administrative departments for the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste shall, in accordance with their respective functions and responsibilities, have the right to conduct on-the-spot inspection of units within their jurisdiction that have to do with the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste. Units under inspection shall truthfully report the situation and provide the necessary information.

- 第十五条 各级气象主管机构所属的气象台站，应当按照国务院气象主管机构的规定，进行气象探测并向有关气象主管机构汇交气象探测资料。 Article 15 Meteorological offices and stations subordinate to competent meteorological departments at various levels shall, in accordance with the regulations set by the competent meteorological department under the State Council， take meteorological observation and report the collected data to the competent meteorological departments concerned.
