- 仲裁委员会由前款规定的市的人民政府组织有关部门和商会统一组建。 The people's governments of the municipalities and cities specified in the above paragraph shall organize the relevant departments and the Chamber of Commerce for the formation of an arbitration commission.
- 清算期间，民办非企业单位不得开展清算以外的活动。 The people-run non-enterprise unit shall not carry out activities other than settlement during settlement.
- 民办非企业单位应当将印章式样、银行账号报登记管理机关备案。 The people-run non-enterprise unit shall submit the sample of the seal(stamp) and number of its bank account to the registration administration organ for the record.
- 民办非企业单位在办理注销登记前，应当在业务主管单位和其他有关机关的指导下，成立清算组织，完成清算工作。 The people-run non-enterprise unit shall, prior to the processing of nullification of registration, set up a settlement organization and complete settlement under the guidance of the competent business unit and other relevant organs.
- 人民法院经组成合议庭审查核实裁决有前款规定情形之一的，应当裁定撤销。 The peoples' court shall rule to cancel the award if the existence of one of the circumstances prescribed in the preceding clause is confirmed by its collegiate bench.
- 各级人民政府、各有关部门对此要有充分认识，并采取切实有效措施，抓紧抓好这项工作。 The people’s governments at all levels and the departments concerned should fully understand the issue, adopt practical and effective measures and pay close attention to this work.
- 本细则有关批准、报告期间的规定是指工作日。 The period concerning approval and report delivery prescribed in these Rules refers to working days.
- 税法第八条第一款和本细则第七十五条规定的免征、减征企业所得税的期限，应当从企业获利年度起连续计算，不得因中间发生亏损而推延。 The period for exemptions from or reductions of enterprise income tax specified in the first paragraph of Article 8 of the Tax Law and Article 75 of these Rules shall be computed continuously commencing with the year in which the enterprise begins to make profits. The computation shall not be deferred because of losses incurred in any of the subsequent years.
- 外国（地区）企业名称的公告期为六个月，在此期间无异议或者异议不成立的，予以核准登记注册，企业名称保留期为五年。 The period of announcement for a foreign (regional) enterprise is six months. If no objection is filed within the period or if the objection is not justified, the registration shall be approved and the period of reservation of the registered enterprise name shall be five years.

- 当事人也可以在接到处罚通知之日起十五日内直接向人民法院起诉。 The person concerned may also bring the case directly before the people's court within 15 days starting from the date of receiving the notice of punishments.
- 失票人应当在通知挂失止付后三日内，也可以在票据丧失后，依法向人民法院申请公示催告，或者向人民法院提起诉讼。 The person who loses the instrument shall, within three days after serving the stop - payment notice or after losing the instrument, apply to a People's Court according to law for making this exigency known to the public or bring an action in a People's Court.
- 对单位直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依法给予处分。 the person-in-charge directly responsible and other persons directly responsible of the said tenderer shall be given sanctions according to law.
- 对单位直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依法给予警告、记过、记大过的处分，情节较重的，依法给予降级、撤职、开除的处分。 the person-in-charge directly responsible and other persons directly responsible of the unit shall be given such sanctions as warning, recording of demerit or recording of serious demerit according to law, and if the circumstance is fairly serious, be given such sanctions as demotion, removal from office or expulsion according to law.
- 接受分包的人应当具备相应的资格条件，并不得再次分包。 The persons accepting the subcontracts shall have corresponding qualifications and may not subcontract it again to other persons.
- 负责查处的工商行政管理人员应严格遵守各项法规和外事纪律。 The persons from the administrations for industry and commerce who are in charge should strictly observe relevant decrees and the disciplines guiding the handling of foreign affairs.
- 公司债券募集办法中应当载明下列主要事项： The plan for company bonds offer shall set forth the following major items:
- 户外广告设施设置阵地规划由市规划局会同有关部门编制。 The plan for installation of positions of outdoor advertising facilities jointly with the other relevant departments.
- 公司依照前款规定分别发行境外上市外资股和内资股的计划，可以自国务院证券委员会批准之日起15个月内分别实施。 The plan for the issuing and listing of foreign capital stocks and domestic capital stocks worked out according to the provisions in the preceding paragraph may be executed separately within 15 months starting from the date of approval by the Securities Committee of the State Council.
- 投入方法应当维护被保险财产的安全。保险方可以对被保险财产的安全情况进行检查，如发生不安全因素，应及时通知投保方加以消除。 The policy holder shall protect the safety of the insured property. The insurer may conduct safety inspections of the insured property, and, if it discovers unsafe aspects, it shall promptly notify the policy holder to eliminate them.
- 企业实际发生的坏账损失，超过上一年度计提的坏账准备部分，可列为当期的损失；少于上一年度计提的坏账准备部分，应当计人本年度的应纳税所得额。前款所说的坏账损失，须经当地税务机关审核认可。 The portion of the actual bad debt losses incurred by an enterprise which exceeds the bad debt provisions of the preceding year may be itemized as a loss in the current year; the portion less than the bad debt provisions of the previous year shall be included in taxable income of the current year. Bad debt losses mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to approval after examination and verification by the local tax authorities.
